I have Coeliac Disease which requires a STRICT gluten free diet. It was great that everything is gluten free on the menu. I am not a vegan or vegetarian but don't mind the change. Thanks for praising our vegan food. Part of the secret I think is that instead of re-working recipes to MAKE them vegan we have taken recipes from all over the world for dishes that are already vegan...so we have an international flavour that is really authentic...As for the news menu...yes indeed...in February! More
