One of the best meals I have had in a long time. The restaurant doesn't look much from the outside but it looks nice on the inside . The food is very tasty indeed the only problem was that the starter was a bit too big and meant we struggled a bit with the main courses which were very tasty... More

One of the few restaurants which opens late in Whitby and just next to the train station make it really convenient. The food was delicious and reasonably priced and the portions were Very generous. It was served really well in cute buckets or bowls. Great service too. Highly recommend.

We have visited this restaurant several times over the last few years and always had an excellent experience. Sadly something has changed. On arrival we were bustled through into the eating area (only 4 tables occupied) and seated at a table for 2 adjacent to the kitchen door (nice). Table cloth slightly grubby. The wall next to our table badly... More

What a let down from start to finish the meal was poor, Had the lamb chops which were poor and so small I could put all three on one fork no flavour and covered in onions, followed by lamb Kam which was cold and poor, cold rice and nan bread would not go again I can see why the place... More

Came here on our honeymoon break. Both had starters. Husband had the duck special (highly recommend) I had the chicken rogan josh. Shared the garlic chilli rice and dips...huge portions and very tasty and well seasons. Restaurant was fairly busy but we were served and meals brought out promptly. Eyes too big for our tummy. Had to leave half of... More

We had a pleasant meal here on a Wednesday evening. Friendly quick service with generous portions. The starters of prawn puree and chicken chat were excellent. The mains were good but not too exciting. Warm, modern interior. The complimentary drinks on paying the bill are a nice gesture. This restaurant accepts Tastecard, the only one in Whitby at the moment.

Obviously when we got back home is wasn't all that warm, on top of that it was tasteless even peppers... More
