Myself and 3 friends went in search of a quick lunch in Norwich City Centre. Everywhere was packed with long wait lists for a table, it was probably a saturday, and there's not an abundance of restaurants in Norwich. Walking past Captain America's doorway I got a whiff of nostalgia and the sudden urge to see 'that car' coming out... More

We used to go to Captain A's 30 years ago, when we I was a teenager, as a family treat. Then we rediscovered the place 5 years ago and and nothing seems to have changed, and that is a good thing. When we went last month, my burger was really beautifully cooked. The portions are a good size and my... More

Been coming here for years but what a disappointment! It just not the same, shame as it use to be a fantastic place! Now have to find somewhere else!

We had been recommended this place by family, we visited with our one year old and hit our first problem - the staircase is very narrow and I had to haul the pram upstairs. I should have checked this first to be fair. We were told to leave the pram on the landing which I wasn't delighted about so asked... More

Had lunch today and once again it didn't disappoint. Great burger and fries, cooked to perfection. The service was friendly, efficient and prompt. Well done, we'll be back.

Normal shopping trip to Norwich and it gave me a chance to rediscover Capt America's, last visited when I lived in the area about 13 years ago , and still every bit as good ! The service is polite and not pushy , the drinks came quickly, the order was taken promptly and came in good time! The food was... More

place was empty, i should have realized there was a reason, food was awful, ordered a beefburger, when it arrived it was as if they had just gotten a 1/4 pound of cheap mince and grilled it, not nice at all, hard painted wooden seats like painted pews, waitress was talking to a friend at the counter and was not... My wife popped in midweek for a quick lunch and weren't disappointed. The menu had some good burgers listed and we picked what we wanted. It was nice to see a selection, but not a menu that was crammed with too much. The service was good, quick and polite. The food was good, and the meat patties were excellent. For... More

Been here quite a few times now and the food is always to a high standard! I usually order the burger or hotdog with chips and a vanilla milkshake. Overall I would defiantly recommend this place to people and recently just took my family who also very much enjoyed it.

This place would've been a perfect replacement of that shawarma restaurant from Avengers after credits scene! Totally loved it; they offer old good burgers with a few twists, some veggie options, some sides and delicious truly american desserts. Popped up there right after opening (11:30), got my food real quick. Waitress was lovely and changed my money even though I... More
