Consistently the best.

After a period of trying out the new establishments opening up in Norwich recently, my wife and I returned to The Last Wine Bar and found it to be at the very top of its game. Found this gem on trip advisor, asked the taxi driver to take us and he's reactions were exact. Walked into the bar area rustic and welcoming. Very busy and fully booked. Lady before we arrived on phone promised a table but after 8;30 as we left it to late , table was ready with a warm welcome within minutes .... More

Eight of us went to the Last Wine Bar for my daughters graduation lunch. The whole experience was excellent. Service was attentive, with a bit of humour. We had starters and a main. Fish and steaks were perfectly cooked and the sauces on all courses were spot on. Try the Hungarian white wine with fish a real find!! A little... More

I've eaten at "The Last" many times and have yet to be disappointed, but tonight was exceptional. Great service and there is always a buzz even on what are traditionally quieter nights (it was Tuesday on this occasion). Crispy Halloumi to start which was a great way to kick things off, Pork Fillet for mains which was superb and though... More

Been coming here on occasion since 2001 always good and coming here is well worth it for that l ittle little bit extra. Always friendly staff good wine selection and knowledge and food always consistent. May not be the cheapest in the city, but one of the best; as they say you get what you pay for and worth every... I love this place! In actual fact, I love this place so much I want to move to Norwich! If you're looking for a quality, casual dining experience in Norwich - look no further than The Last Wine Bar! Ask Emma to recommend the wine and for a table in the bar rather than the restaurant, as the atmosphere is... More

Visited this as part of a business presentation. The bar seemed a little disorganised to start with but after we sat down to dinner I couldn't fault the service or the food. Would throughly recommend this restaurant to others.

We've visited The Last a few times and the food is always very good. There's a few different areas where you can eat - I prefer the bar because the atmosphere is relaxed. The formal dining room downstairs is nice for a special occasion and the newer booth areas are good for intimate dinners but some people might find them... More

I took my partner for a birthday meal. It was our 3rd visit, and again, we were not disappointed. I had chargrilled swordfish steak, which was cooked beautifully. My partner had fillet steak, and even though he asked for it well done, it was so tender. The waiting staff were polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
