This was our second visit to Jamie Oliver's Norwich restaurant. On the first occasion we didn't eat as our order was taken and didn't arrive at the kitchen. After over an hours wait they admitted their mistake. It was too late by then however. As few eateries are open on a Sunday night, our optons were limited. In retrospect I wish... More

We came here for a late lunch on Saturday during shopping, having been here before we knew what to expect from the building - it is a huge open place upstairs with great original features just off one of the main streets of Norwich. I ordered Jamie's craft beer - very tasty, gf had wine and her mother had a... More

We tried Jamie's for the first time after seeing their eat any pasta dish for £5 offer, the food was adequate, but the service was good, would go back whilst this offer is on until the end of July, not so sure I would go back 1st August onwards though!

This was my first visit to Jamie's Italian Restuarant. It was extremely busy on a Saturday lunch time. Large seating area upstairs as well as downstairs. Nice atmosphere and very friendly servers. Nice variety on menu. I ordered one of the specials which was very flavoursome but I thought rather small in portion size. The Tiramisu was delicious, unusual to... More

Been a reasonable number of times to the Norwich branch. Both service and food are of a consistently high standard. This is a great place to eat in Norwich town centre. Jamie's as chain of restaurants is really very good, anyone expecting Michelin star standard because of the attached name should perhaps look elsewhere.

Went in Thursday evening with my 9 year old son, I must point out he has asd so he will tell it how it is. We were put on a table and told we had one hr and 10 minutes to eat, that's fine I hadn't booked and I had wanted to go to Bella but my son loves Jamie... More

Went here for lunch recently and took advantage of the lunch time offer of any pasta dish for £5. The food was lovely, but not worth anymore than £5, so im glad the offer was there. Lovely food, service was great and atmosphere is nice, so definatly a nice place to go,especially for lunch, with the pasta deal.

The problem for Jamie is that his profile raises a lot of expectations for his restaurants. Whilst pricing was reasonable, the food was okay but ordinary. No wow factor at all. Was certainly nothing to generate an Italian atmosphere, not least the waiter who had no enthusiasm whatsoever (although to be fair those serving other tables did seem to). Would... More

Selection of cocktails are boring and overpriced. Id recommend TGIFridays for that. Their crispy squid are nice for starters but their flash steak are rubbish! Do not order this!! The steak was sooo salty and chewy! It was unbelievable! I agree with the wine comments, it's nice but again overpriced (even the house wine was overpriced) The service was fine but... More
