The coffee's great, the owner friendly, it's near to my office. Aside from the coffee, The Window also flogs tasty sweet and savoury snacks. For me, that's all i need.

Hayley made us feel really welcome this morning. The coffee was great, and I loved the chocolate florintine, and my husband really enjoyed his goats cheese twist. Don't get to Norwich often, but will certainly be making a return visit to The Window.

I come here about four times a week because the coffee is excellent and so is Hayley :-) I usually have an espresso, a flat white or a mocha if I feel like treating myself - the porridge is super yummy too!

The reviews are warranted, this is a great little coffee shop, I have not had a better flat white anywhere. Hayley also offers great advice on the coffee for sale and the cakes really do look amazing, pop in you won't be disappointed and there is also a great ladies boutique just opened next door.

They really do great coffee here. Like to grab one as walking into the city. They do nice cakes but 90% of the time I don't have a sweet tooth - but my friends like it. Much better than the chains and like to support local. We need more of these stores - hopefully they will open a few more... More

Slightly odd location - near the river - but not quite in the city or main shopping location. Bit by itself - which is good no competition on it's doorstep. Best coffee around and lovely cakes. Could do with being a bit bigger - more space for tables and people. The coffee is amazing - try the national places then... More

Have visited a few times for cofffee cake good service and cozy atmosphere and it never disappoints. The cappuccino and maple and pecan flapjack were simply delicious and its nice to sit and chat and people watch in such a unique little coffee shop. Always worth a visit....

Very cosy, friendly space where everything is good. Coffee from Has Bean is lovely in all forms, and beans available for home brewing. Beware though, when you sit in her time stands still, and when you leave you find you car park time ran out two hours ago!

Certainly a quaint and busy little place. Hosted by an energetic and positive owner, who always has time for you if you do for her. The blends she sells are immaculate, and über flavoursome, at very reasonable prices... Testament to her success and business acumen, are the talents given by her locals to broaden the spectrum of other sellable 'Window'... More
