Turned up on a wet night but service was good and the beer well kept. I didnt eat but it had Wetherspoons standard menu which always seems good value and well presented food.

What can I say about this visit other than spot on :) Second time we have been, good selection of ales, food came out quick and was to a very high standard, cheery and helpful staff. Only thing was that there were a few glasses about but it's to be expected when the pub is as busy as what it... More

Very dependable kitchen, good staff who sometimes struggle when pestered by just so many customers. Often heaving on a weekend but a good atmos always. Good specials and a formidable array of real ales. I would recommend the Adnam's Broadside!

A decent place to stop for a drink. Friendly staff, inviting environment and reasonable prices. A good range of beers and the food was ok for pub grub. EXCELLENT toilets -very, very clean. A few pubs could learn a lot by visiting these WCs!!

Decent enough place but a bit pricey to be honest. Service was decent enough. A nice mix of students and locals to create a blend of decent customers

Typical Weatherspoons - decent food at a decent price. Thursday Curry nights can't be beaten. Friendly bar staff and great place to have drinks before a night out.
