Wimbledon fun

Good food with vibrant atmosphere. Rounded off a really good day after Wimbledon tennis. Recommend the spaghetti seafood.

This restaurant appears to be always busy and thought it would be good to try it out. Some may describe as cozy, but it was too crumpled and noisy for us (bit tacky interior as well). It may work for people who plan to spend all night there, but it won't work for people who expect to be serviced (you... More

I visited this restaurant with my friends who were over here from Australia. It was my birthday and we decided to have a meal. We didn't know anything about the Al Forno or if it was any good. It was a fantastic night, the food was excellent , service was good and we were made to feel like old friends.... More

Having eaten here and being underwhelmed a few years back, I wasn't expecting too much of the food. However, the garlic bread and pesto-topped garlic bread in particular were a good start. The large 4 person pizzas were pretty good too - you can order different toppings at each end - they were thin-based and quickly cooked so puffed up... More

My fiancée and here visit this restaurant regularly. We think this is the best, most authentic pizza you can get in London. It's also very reasonably priced! The plain margarita pizza is stunning and a medium is huge... Enough for two! Staff are nice. We will continue going here for as long as I can see!!

The worst service I have ever experienced! Quality of food was ok not more. But overall I would not recommend it. Too many bad impressions to list them here. Had to wait ages to order and to get food... I will never go there again, a real shame for Wimbledon!

Such a shame I can't eat there anymore - after finding out that egg is used in their dough mix for both pizza and pasta :( why does this ingredient need to be there? It limits those that can't eat egg various health or moral reasons.

What a friendly gem of a restaurant. Even the booking process was made fun by the man who took our call earlier in the day. We hoped for the best and were not disappointed when we got to the restaurant. On arrival the restaurant was busy but our table was ready and we were shown straight there by a very... More

Starter of Prosciutto & Melo, then Seafood Linguine!! Delicious. The house red wine was also really smooth & tasty. I had a great meal. 10/10. Thank you Al Forno :) :)
