Great Salads, reasonably priced

Jerk Chicken Salad is fantastic! Attempted other Salads and they simply can't compete! Generous helping of fresh Chicken, right amount of spice, fresh salad leaves and a great choice of sauce toppings. Highly recommend. Healthy option.

Salads and soups to die for, good sized portions, really fresh and healthy. Plenty of choice for vegans, vegetarians and for people with gluten allergies. I particularly like the chop'd in Selfridge's Food hall.

Some might consider certain foods as being dependent on the weather, porridge in the summer and salad in the winter??? I have been a customer of Chop'd for well over a year now and I love their porridge every day, no matter what time of year. You can vary the topping to suit the season, but the porridge is good... This chain has some of the best salads, both for quality and value, I've ever had. For around 5p you get a massive bowl full of vegetables and proteins that will fill you up for hours! Highly recommend!

I love food and have found it difficult to find somewhere I can eat healthy but filling food. Chopd is perfect. The portions are generous (for £6), the ingredients are of a high quality and you leave feeling satisfied! The service is also very good and the team working here are always smiling / chatty. Definitely come here if you... More

Pinhead porridge, not something that you normally eat, but a wonderful option. The difference between this and rolled oats is the difference between white and brown rice. A little nutty, and with substance as opposed to a soggy mess. A recent blip in the offering has seen the return due to popular demand of the pinhead oats, thankyou to the... More

I regularly visit Chop'd at St Pancras train station as I work close by. around £5 for lunch isn't too bad and knowing I'm getting a tonne of goodness means it's more than worth it. And by tonnes, I mean tonnes...The salads are HUGE. I've also tried their Boxpark branch in Shoreditch, which was equally as brilliant for both food... More

Finally I found a great place for porridge, having tried a couple of other local establishments too. I have come back every day since, I guess that is around 5 months now. It is pinhead porridge made with water, you can add milk if you wish and any number of toppings, but I tend to go for the mixed berries/... More

The long queue caught my eye as I walked past Leadenhall market. Long queue = good food worth queuing up for, or so I thought. This queue was certainly too long for me to queue due to the limited time I had for lunch, so I decided to return another time during offpeak hours to get my salad. The instructions... More

Neighborhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighborhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighborhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
