My family of 4 enjoyed the 6 course tasting menu and 3 of us did the wine pairings. Staff was knowlegable and pleasant. Food was creative and innovative.

We went with my wife for lunch earlier this week. We were hesitating which good restaurant to go to in London for lunch and we don't regret our choice. The price you pay for the lunch menu is tiny but the quality is great. My starter (octopus) and my dessert (burrata and raspberry) were original, simple and just delicious. The... More

The lunch menu we booked via open table was a 3 course plus coffees for £35. We felt like a prosecco but as they didn't stock this but they recommended a sparkling wine which was lovely and great value for £38 a bottle. The amuse bouche came served in an egg shell which sat in an egg box, it was... More

We had an amazing meal here, 6 courses with wine flight which with service came to £400 for 2 . Of course with the tasters , canapés , pre desert etc.. It was far more than 6 courses, and truth be told probably far too much food :) but it was exceptionally nice, every piece and the accompanying wines were... More

Sophisticated chic eating place. Booked a late table (9.30pm) and had to wait for 30 minutes after the booking time to be seated – two glasses of champagne provided and apologies. We chose the tasting menu – but sadly the items lacked taste and some were really quite insipid! We were the last in the restaurant – not least because... More

Two-starred establishments can be a mixed bag in our experience. Helene Darroze is stunning, the Square was soul-less, so we were not sure what to expect of Hibiscus. We were pleasantly surprised. £35 for a three-course lunch seemed outstanding value on paper and when the food arrived it only confirmed this. Style is married with flavour with every course and... Enjoyed the set lunch menu Positives: - amazing precision and detail to food - delicious; multiple layers of taste - exceptional service; extra care and attention - glad to meet the chef Only two drawbacks: - i was hoping to be wow-ed more (maybe my expectations were too high) - it was difficult to understand the accents of the servers

My wife and I enjoyed the set lunch at Hibiscus very much. The deal is a good one - three courses plus coffee and very nice petits fours, plus extras and half a bottle of wine included is, for the quality of the food, a good arrangement, not least as there are three choices per course, which provides more flexibility... I both loved and hated Hibiscus. The food was amazing - some of the best food I've ever had for lunch - and I've eaten a lot of lunch. We opted for the set lunch menu - three courses, wine, coffee and petit fours. There was also an amuse bouche thrown in. Starters of pork pie ravioli was superb, bavette... More

We went as a group to celebrate birthdays for Saturday lunch (where there is an excellent smaller prix fix menu) and the service was amazing and the food sublime (and the wine very good too!) I'd love to go back but this really is top quality dining so my bank balance precludes going back too soon!
