These are the best macaroons you can get, they are expensive but taste so good, the best ingredients - do try if you are in the area

Partner and I stopped off for tea at Ladurée in Harrods as we have heard a lot about them from friends. Not the best experience at all. Firstly, they used tea bags! (Gasp!) this may sound trivial but for a fine tea house charging over £5 a pot you expect loose tea for a better brew, there was no additional... More

This has become a tourist trap and that's unfortunate. A beautiful room, but he macarons and desserts are not up to par. Clearly mass-produced, the flavors are all off, weak, and not as they should be for the prices. The macarons were hard, greasy, and flavorless. How can licorice not have a distinct flavor? You will have better results with... More

We had afternoon tea and cocktails for four people on 20/12/14. Everything was fine until we came to pay. I was told my card had failed. I tried again and was told the same. My husband tried his card and was told the same thing. Luckily we had cash so paid and left. We phoned the bank straight away and... More

Love love love Lauree, first visited in Paris, then absolutely delighted to have it here. Expensive but beautifully presented food, whether you choose lunch, dinner or tea. The macaroons are to die for in an array of fabulous flavors and colours (the original and the best macaroons in London). Great place to treat yourself to.

Had arranged our Saturday around having afternoon tea here. Wish we hadn't bothered! We queued for 40 minutes . politely shown to our table and given menus. Good so far. Ordered with little difficulty. Asked for jug of water at the same time and on 3 other occasions.....still waiting! Tea & coffee arrived...had to ask twice for milk...which eventually I... More

Called in to rest our tired feet and have Coffee and Cakes. Best decision we had made all day. Stunningly delicious cakes and gorgeous rich coffee's. Not cheap but worth it. Could have happily stayed there all day but we had to get on with exploring Harrods. Will definitely go back whenever we visit.
