I came here with my boyfriend for lunch on Saturday 16th August & really was not impressed. The staff are quite rude & not tentative at all. We had to wait about 20 minutes before they even remembered to bring our drinks over. The food was OKAY but nothing special. I had a tuna salad with had three tiny bits... More

I and my wife came here to enjoy the afternoon tea. It was nice and decent afternoon tea. We could choose 2 sandwiches, croissant, pastries, macaroon. All came together quickly, and volume was enough. And food quality was good, especially macaroon was wonderful (of course this is Laduree). For pastries, we could choose 2 from 4 lists, but 3 of... So he threw down the flatware sideways. No effort at all. Tea brought out 2 x. No spoons. No tongs for sugar. Food cold lettuce wilted. Pastry ok. Have been to numerous locations in France. This is useless. Not an indulgence and the service charge is a joke. Why bother. And quite empty too. Hmmmm no wonder

My 2 sisters and I did some really good shopping in Harrods while they were having a mega-sale and then ended our afternoon with high tea at Laduree!! The Laduree tea is exceptional!! And we had the tea service so it came with an assortment of cakes, and macaroons, etc. they were all so good but there was no way... More

As pastry chefs and high spirited ladies with rather sweet teeth my partner and I always love an opportunity to test drive the odd afternoon tea or two. Whilst we adore the chic styling and packaging of Ladurée the actual food on offer was a massive let down. When our tea, sandwiches, pastries and macarons arrived they were all very... More

I have always stopped in at every Laduree I come across whilst traveling in Europe but have never bought anything other than macarons, which by the way are the best on earth! This time I decided to sit and order. I am so happy I did! I only ordered tea and a tart but it was truly scrumptious! Service was... More

Is the service terrible? Yes. Is the food and drink worth waiting for? Yes. If you have the time to kill eat in, but if you have somewhere to be take some food away with you.

We thought an afternoon break at this well known establishment would be nice. Mistake, the service was absolutely poor and the food was rather average. We witnessed how the servers treated a few older ladies with disrespect and disdain. Not worth the effort.

I gave a 'Very Good' rating to Laduree purely for the delicious macaroons. Nothing else. Do not go to this place for lunch and definitely not afternoon tea. This is a French set up and if you want afternoon tea go to Claridges or The Dorchester. Service is slow, impersonal and insincere. Not worth the service charge. Remember, in England... More

Sit yourself down, pick a selection of pastries, have yourself a coffee, or a pot of tea and pile on the pounds! Great staff, great menu, great place! If you have a sweet tooth, this is the place for you! Enjoy yourself!
