Food was great and so was the customer service they even changed it for us as we order something that is not on the menu, until one of the waiters who was standing next to me in the bathroom left without washing his hands, then I became totally disgusted and the very same waiter handed us the bill.

If you want a more complete Italian menu go to Il Bordillo around the corner. Whilst La Figa is far more open and being able to open the doors to the courtyard is great, the food is not up to scratch. I normally go to Il Bordillo which is a couple of minutes away on wheels but wanted to see... More

My friend and I both agreed the pizzas in La Figa were delicious. Lovely thin base with tasty toppings and even though it was a very quiet lunchtime when we visited we were greeted with a friendly welcome from all the staff and never felt rushed. Finished off with a fruity sorbet and a mountainous portion of profiteroles and although... More

This modern, open concept restaurant is housed in a modern building somewhat off the beaten track. Once you are here, service. is attentive and friendly and the food is traditional italian well made and served with care. Portions are generous (perhaps too much) and the ingredients are fresh

It's been quite a while since we have eaten at La Figa, though it is within walking distance. Sadly, I now remember why. This was, not so many years ago, a thoroughly good Italian restaurant. It retains the glitz - and the prices - but the food is now that of a very ordinary high street trattoria. Frankly, the food... More

Shortly: pizza quality like from frozen, pasta a bit better - for both only size was decent. I like pizza, my wife love it, she realy can eat any of it, this time she haven't finished even one piece. That's bad.

My other half and I stayed the night in Limehouse, and were looking for a restaurant to have a bite to eat in. On doing some research La Figa came up - and all the reviews made the place sound amazing - quant little Italian, lovely staff, generous delicious food : so we gave the place a try last night....
