Huge meals, good quality

Two couples went here for dinner, good Italian food but portions were huge. I would have liked to try the entree and dessert but the sheer size of the main Carbonara made that not possible. Good wine list. Next time I will have entree, eat about 25% of the main and a dessert.

Ate there tonight with 9 people and even though everyone ordered something different, everyone was very pleased with their entrees. The seafood Linguine I had was perfect. Pizzas were thin crusted with freshly made homemade dough, the salmon with its caper sauce definitely was well received. Will return.

Very good Italian food, we were served very quickly even though we hadn't booked and restaurant was busy. Nice friendly Italian staff.

Went with friends for dinner. Made the mistake of ordering a starter. The mains are large to say the least so come prepared.

Delicious food, so fresh. good selection of drinks and wines. The staff were pleasant and the waiter really knew his stuff. Been back a number of times and could not fault it. A hidden gem of a place.

The Italian waiters gave the large hall a true Italian atmosphere, despite the rather high noise level. There were lots of families, local people and groups of friends and the atmosphere was nice and easy. The menu was large and had everything typically Italian. If you go there I'd go for the Pizza, they did look good. Sadly, we had... More

A great restaurant and I am lucky enough to have this as my local! Portions are always large and they are more than happy to make changes to anything on their menu to accommodate guests. Staff are always friendly and the restaurant has a great atmosphere.

The food does not taste good and in a poor quality, a lot of noise, and the prices are too expensive, way charge so much money for a food so simple, made worse, and not tasty. We Very disappointed from the food, it is hard to find a place that knows how to spoil simple pasta.

A busy place, but with a very friendly service. The portions were really big, but nothing special when it comes to taste. I know London is not Italy, but what a difference - the lasagna was quite soft with lots of red sauce, but not a lot of taste. Still, if you prefer filling your stomach for reasonable prices, this... We had Saturday lunch there and all four diners in the party were very pleased with the meal. This is my idea of what an Italian restaurant should be: it's a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere, friendly and efficient service, all your favourite Italian dishes and very generous portions. Quite a change these days, where some of the chain restaurants seem to... More
