After a long day of shopping and culture, there's nothing more fun that a glorious indulgent ice cream, sticky cakes and the very best tea (or hot chocolate depending upon your fancy). More relaxed than the other F&M restaurants but a great fun environment and the usual superb quality of food and drinks. Ice cream choices are fantastic!

My mother attended this restaurant stating she had a reservation but because she was elderly she got confused with the first floor restaurant. The staff here did not have the decency or care to direct her to the restaurant instead ignored her. Poor service you would never get this Harrods. I made a complaint but still haven't received a reply.

Easy but suggestive setting, Fortnum & Mason is a great experience, good food and excellent attentions to their customers.

First time here, arrived at Fortnum and Mason, with a large party and we had booked the drawing room. Walked through the shop floor up the stairs and we were each presented with a glass of champagne, sat down for lunch, given some really good warm rolls for the table. (Also each chair had a small complimentary bag of Cookies... More

My sister and I went to buy some great foodstuffs here and decided to have a bite to eat as well. The restaurant was a real oasis from a busy day of sightseeing. I would highly recommend it. Gre a t tea and food. The service was outstanding. The manager sent two tiny ice creams to us free of charge.... More

Met a girlfriend here for lunch between meetings... very friendly and attentive but discreet service, delicious food but frighteningly expensive and I say that while living in Switzerland! My friend had a small portion of steak tartare with a rocket salad, while I had shepherd's pie with a side of glazed carrots. We then both had coffee. £16 for a... More

We had family lunch booked in this restaurant. Service was extremely slow despite restaurant not being busy at all. Whole place was lacking an atmosphere and screaming kids by the next table didn't make things any better. Prices are above average for average food. I like browsing Fortnum and Mason shop and I am regular visitor but I am afraid... More

This was a great touristy stop for a proper English breakfast. The service was excellent. Highland scramble - this was fantastic. Buttery light eggs with a really generous helping of savory smoked salmon. Loved every morsel. Buck Rarebit- This was done nicely. Not quite as good as the scramble. Coffee- not as good as in the states. Dont go to... More

nice place with lot of products. nice to see and to buy small gifts as it is not so cheap. You should walk around on all floors to be impressed by the atmosphere and enjoy the aromas.

We went for breakfast and were too late for their breakfast menu. They made an exception for us! It was fantastic, luxurious, not cheap but worth every penny. Will be back!
