Came here for a friends birthday. Restaurant looked great, service wasn't too great food and drinks was overpriced, small portions and nothing special to be honest. I wouldn't go back again I've been to much better places.

Food is kenza is lovely and the portions are huge but the service is terrible. Half of our party were given their food and the rest of us had to wait another 20 mins for ours. When I bought this up they would not take the blame. It was always someone else's fault. They offered us free backlava but we... More

Visit at your own risk! The customer service was abominable, extremely poor. The food was over priced and the portions were appropriate for a toddler. It also smelt horrible and tasted even worse, not fit enough for a dog to eat. The appearance of the restaurant and the website are very misleading DO NOT BE FOOLED.I would NOT go back even... More

Dear Emily, Thank you very much for your feedback. I was shocked, disappointed and saddened to hear of your experience, I was even more surprised that you had serious issues with quality and quantity of food, this is such an irregular occurrence that it has taken me by surprise, and I really would like to investigate this further. Would you... More

I visited Kenza just last night with a group of girlfriends. It's situated just a stone's throw from Liverpool Street Station and just off of a lovely courtyard, tucked away. Like Levant, it's interior welcomes you with rose petals scattered along the route to the bar. We we all welcomed and enjoyed a wonderful cocktail before being led to our... More

We went there with a family group for a long late lunch on Dec 27 around 2pm. There were only two other tables occupied so you might expect the service to have been fabulous, but it was only OK - polite and reasonably efficient but no enthusiasm at all. The selection of dishes was good and the portion size excellent.... More

Soo where to start, upon arrival no one offered us to leave our coats in a cloackroom, so eventually not even sure if they have one, we ve been approached by a host to our table, no wish for a pleasant evening or Happy New Year, as long as we sat down, it seemed that every staff member was running... We entered and went down some stairs to another country. Beautiful decor. Food was average very over priced. Belly dancers were really good. For a group of five of us £200 but we only had 4 meals and shared them around. We would go again but watch the extra charges for example Macmillan cancer donation added on to the bill... More

On a 24 hour theatre visit trip to London to meet my family we chose to have lunch here. My brother booked ahead. The taxi dropped us outside a Turkish cafe, we couldn't find Kenza ; we nearly gave up & went to the cafe. So glad we didn't & made the effort to go to Kenza.. The food was... More

The restaurant had a very delightful décor, a lot of thought has gone into it. The food was also very enjoyable and interesting. It is a bit pricey, but recommend for that special occasion.

Staying in City of London

Neighborhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighborhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighborhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
