Definitely worth the time we had to wait, the food was excellent, full of original recipes, tasty and healthy, with take-away option! Vegan & Gluten Free - Already planning to go back!

I had to order for take away because the place was really super crowded and you had to wait on the stairs for about 15 minutes. But the food was super good, the price was absolutely fair and the stuff really sweet.

Someone has stolen the place we always ate when we were in London. Bring it back, and make sure you bring back the scrunch as well you thieving gets!

A little vegetarian/vegan gem in the heart of covent garden! The place is small and usually full(sharing a table may be necessary)but the food is fresh and full of variety. The delicious desserts are a must have! Jain food may be available: just ask and they are always ready to help! Sad to hear that they are going to close... More

Discovered upon arrival that it's permanently closed, so better put it here to warn other people. But there is plenty other places to eat so no problem

Years of dancing at Urdang and Dance Centre and eating at Food for Thought...so much so that this place was a part of my (healthy) DNA and for decades I loved the cosiness of it and the wonderful people and the lovely Vanessa and the yummy heapings on a plate. Crushed that it is closed...another nail in London Corp's coffin.

Top quality food! However, I have found that enjoying this restaurant has become even easier since I found a company called The Noble Porter (nobleporter.com), which delivers food from restaurants such as this one in style! They are incredibly efficient and the food is delivered with its quality in tact. I would highly recommend it! 5 Star!

I've been visiting this restaurant since the 1970's and it's still the best. Located in a small building among the tiny shops. The seating isn't like the usual eateries in Covent Garden, mainly downstairs, you will probably have to share a table or find somewhere in one of coves, but the food is well worth it. It's organic, wholesome and... More

Very sad indeed to be in Covent Garden and find a non descriptor chain store has taken over what was food for thought. London is a poorer place.
