How long have you got!

Went there for Sunday lunch. Arrived at 1.30.pm and left at 4.30 having had one course and a coffee. The food was OK and there was a nice bohemian atmosphere. Staff were friendly, but just slow. Having said that it was lovely sunny day and the pub was full, so not surprisingly there was a lot for... read more

Well i came here wt my fiance for a lunch. I must tell there was minimum 5 staff in my section and no ones realised me to top up my wine and my water. Even they did not came to my table to ask how is my food.. Food is really nice by the way. Front of me there was... More

Beautiful building great garden and front patio unfortunately you are not allowed to eat in the garden and we only find that out having spent over half an hour waiting to be served at the bar by a single handed bar person who was also totally disinterested and inept but still complained about her boss rather than pulling pints and... For me, returning to the Freemason's Arms is like going back to a bad relationship. Every time I do it, I think it will be different this time. I get drawn in by the location - tantalisingly close to Hampstead Heath - and the decor - really stylish and modern - and I ignore the little voice in my head... More

It was a lovely sunny day so, of course, the Freemasons Arms was busy, though the garden out the back was not overcrowded due to the long way round to get to it (via front garden, no defined route through the pub) and the fact that you cannot eat there. Although this seems strange, I suppose it keeps it clean... More

Me and my Dad have been coming to the Freemasons for the last 20 years. The location is great and if your just coming for drinks it's fantastic. For the last year or so the food has been hit and miss and you very rarely see the same staff from one week to the next. Tonight the pub is completely... More

I took my family to the restaurant last Sunday. I was advised to book and did so. Good job too because the place was packed. Its located in a great spot on the edge of Hampstead Heath. The outside area was vast and offered an array of seating. Great choice of food to suit every palate. We were a party... More

Massive staffing overhaul needed!! I've witnessed the various refurbs over the last 7 years but they've still not managed to get their staff right. What a motley bunch...some of them look like they need a good scrub and a lesson in the basics of communication. They get something wrong every single time I've eaten there...yet I keep going back because... More

This is the ideal place to relax after a walk on the Heath. The food is delicious, especially Sunday roast dinner which I tend to go for every other week! The staff are friendly and although swamped they are courteous at all times. I am surprised at a few of the reviews I read; this is one of my favourite... More

Popped here as a group for some lunch and drinks. Reasonably priced and a 2/3 course offer on. Food was lovely and drinks also well priced. Service however was a let down. We were told they were out of most things on the set menu with nothing offered as replacements to later find those on the next table not eating... More
