Went for a late lunch and not up to the usual standard. Ordered two mains but they were not brought together, first meal was was a mixture of luke warm and cold. It was taken away for a replacement, meanwhile the second meal arrived. The replacement meal arrived, hot, thank goodness. We were offered complimentary desserts but declined. Just not... More

The Soho and Covent Garden ones are the best I've visited so far. Food relatively fast and generally tasty. Service is a little impersonal and while I'm all for communal seating I'd rather not feel like I'm on a school trip at my age.

Went here early lunchtime, staff are attentive, but the place is nothing to write home about. The food is average, don't go if your hungry to fill up would cost a small fortune. For some reason on the menu it says free green tea!! That's good until you ask for some, then your told sorry we don't have green tea!!!... More

I have been to wagamamas on many occasions, it did not appear too busy, our drinks were very slow to arrive, my niece has coeliac disease so we were shown which dishes she could have, they bought her prawns rather than chicken, so it had to be sent back, I ordered a second drink and it never arrived, service was... I visited this Soho branch in the evening yesterday. I had the classic Yaki soba and a miso soup both very good. The service was attentive, courteous and fast. However the times when I had to queue to get a table here are long gone! The place was worryingly and sadly empty despite the Friday evening pick time. When it... More

It had been a while since I last went to a wagamama. We were 6 and went there for lunch. The place is grim and really not inviting at all... In the basement, no daylight, old walls, no decoration, nothing... And the food is no better... I had the teriyaki noodles with salmon which didn't taste of anything... I left... More

I had high hopes dining at Wagamama... and boy was I dissapointed! First of all the place was absolutely empty. We arrived today at 13:00 and the only ones around were the staff. We were given our places without being asked if we wanted to decide our spot.. I mean it was EMPTY!! Anyway, we sat down a bit puzzled... More

I have always enjoyed Wagamama and I know that London can be expensive, but $75 for three bowls of terrible soup and a couple of drinks is a bit much. Service wasn't too horribly bad but certainly not good. The soup tasted like the noodles had been sitting in the broth for a long time and it had an additional... More
