I'll keep this short because, frankly, The Narrow doesn't deserve time spent reviewing it. Suffice to say, we went there for drinks tonight. Totally ignored when we arrived. Ditto as we sat there, with the detritus of someone else's glasses and bottles on the beer-smeared table, which remained there until I placed them on the floor, just to get rid... More

Had a wonderful dinner here late in June. What a great view. Love the space of the restaurant. Open and bright. The service was friendly and food delicious but somewhat pricey. Good wine list. I would love to come back one day/

Recently refurbed and looks great , great outside comfortable area ! Expensive food. Slow service. It's a shame, really. Used to be a nice pub. Whichever way you look at it, sixteen quid for fish and chips is pushing it a bit. And I'm not sure this cheese board is worth twelve pounds 50p.

Reading the reviews, we had low expectations. So, dining with friends, we were all pleasantly surprised. All our food was excellent, the service attentive. The scallops entre was delicious, the rib-eye main perfectly cooked. And the bill was ok for the experience and view on the Thames. No complaints! We would come back.

Called at The Narrow for drinks whilst visiting friends in the area. Great location, comfortable seating (indoors & outdoors), pleasant ambience and friendly staff HOWEVER drinks are seriously overpriced.

Looking forward to lunch here prior to watching the Tour de France. Despite booking for 12.45 with intention of leaving by about 3.00 and choosing from a specific Tour service was slow, each course needed to be chased. The staff whilst generally pleasant were largely ambivalent. The best I can say about the food was that it was extremely average.... More

Part of the Gordon Ramsay dining empire one might expect decent food, well expect. The service was non personal and could have cared a bit more about its customers, my neighbours found the roasted spots spongy and received the substitute at the end of their meal. The food was basically okay though the Yorkshire pudding could have seen more heat.... More

Just popped in here for a quick coffee, two small cups £3.50 each! An exorbitant price, £7.00 for two very average coffees. Might be a great location but hardly worth paying over the odds for.

Nice Sunday roast, but for the main dishes, they come too small for the price (£18). Although food, service, the view, and the atmosphere were great.
