Well-priced Turkish restaurant on James Street in London. With dozens of tables right on the sidewalk, this is prime people watching in good weather. The service is relaxed and attentive. Their specialty is balloon bread, a type of pita that puffs in the oven. It's perfect on its own, or dipped in mint yogurt sauce or hummos.

We found this place as we were looking for somewhere to eat late at night. I ordered the grilled chicken and it was SOOO good. The service was good, and they gave us turkish delights when we got the bill and OMG they were delicious. I've never tasted anything like that before. I would go back again just to get... More

We ate a this restaurant in December and there was a hair in our food. We were still made for our food IN FULL and not even an apology from the manager. Would never return.

The location was the main reason we went here as in this area there is about 15-20 restaurants all with seats outside. The Turkish bloom bread was really good and a must when coming! They have a mixture of the menu from Turkish pizzas, pasta, vegetarian and usual grilled meats. One of our table had the spinach and mozzarella pasta... More

Visited this lively restaurant recently with a friend and we ordered the mixed maze starter with special Turkish balloon bread. We both ordered main courses, which we struggled to finish after eating the mere dish. If I visited again I think I would order a starter and dessert. We had opted for the set meal which comprised of a starter,... More

I have done two visits of this restaurant. The food is authentic and excellent. Friendly staff. Good service. Very cosy inside, outdoor seating with a good vibe of the street full of other restaurant, in the hearth of city. I would definitely recommend with no doubts.

I ordered the Kofte kebab and it was good. My buddy ordered the lamb ribs and they were off the charts awesome. The grilled cyprus chefs is a winner too. Service was spotty, but friendly. We sat outside and people were smoking. doesn't bother me, but if it does bother you, sit inside.

We were looking for something different for lunch when we came across this restaurant in James street and it didn't dissapoint, we had the meze and every dish was tasty and interesting. Old favourites like houmos were a lovely surprise I'd say it the best I've ever had and don't get me started on the after dinner turkish delight WOW... More

I read the reviews of Grand Bazaar and, not being able to view a menu online, went there with a little trepidation but was very pleasantly surprised. We went for lunch on a Saturday at the end of half term and it was pretty busy but I think it would be busy most of the time due to location and... More

Stumbled upon GB by accident for son's birthday lunch. Staff efficient friendly and fun. Food was four * and reasonably prices. Relaxed enjoyable atmosphere. It was packed when we visited on Sunday at lunchtime so would be worth booking. A great find,
