Quite easily the best Sunday Roast London has to offer

London is full to the brim with pubs offering mediocre, overpriced roasts and having been on a few occasions for Sunday lunch to The Harrison, it is clear to me that it comes nowhere near falling into this category. On every occasion I found the gravy, the centrepiece of any decent roast, to be... read more

busy, crowded, slightly frenetic venue really close to King's Cross/St Pancras/Bloomsbury. Full of large groups of mostly young people. a fabulous Sunday lunch, roast with the best gravy ever. eXcellent seasoning and fresh herbs. Two tasty-sounding veggie options on Sunday lunch menu

We were staying at the Saint Pancras hotel and easily found this welcoming small pub, a few minutes walk away. The food and service are good and there is a good range of beers. There is also live music some nights, but unfortunately, not on the night we were there. It seems to be a good community pub and was... More

visited with a group of friends and was pleasently surprised and happy to have found this venue. The food was really good and there's a great atmosphere to the place. Added bonus was the life music in the basement, defienitely a place to recommend and will visit again.

I dropped by on a Sunday evening, and there was live music and a selection of roasted meats available on the menu. The live music was nothing great, but pleasant enough as background music. Food and beer was good.

Friendly, attentive service, warm atmosphere and great Sunday roast menu. We had the salmon, delicious with all the trimmings and the Lamb which was very tasty. Big plates of food very satisfying. We then shared a cheese board, ice cream and banoffee pie all scrumptious. Washed down with beer, wine and whisky. Absolutely recommend.

Well set out pub, with a good selection of drinks. There was lots of space when I arrived but it fills up quickly once 5pm is past. There was a good buzz, a good menu and comfortable surroundings. There is wi-fi and a good menu, food looked good but I did not eat. A nice pub to spend some time... More

Chose The Harrison for my overnight stay in London, being very surprised with the cool and relaxed atmosphere of the PUB plus the coziness of the room. You get everything you need for a short stay... Definitively would return. Thanks for the great service

Short walk from Travelodge Farringdon Kings Cross Road. The rib eye steak was not cheap as we know in the North but was to die for. It could prove an expensive night if you are with a family and all choose the steak. Mostly singles and couples on the night. I will definitely make the effort when next in London... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
