Lovely Japanese restaurant!

Perfect restaurant for a a nice and quick dinner mid- week. Been there four times and haven't been disappointed so far. Both sushi and soup dishes are really good! reasonably priced for London area and portion size is big. There is often a Que at the door but never waited more than 10 min.

Visited this hidden gem today, food was simply to die for! Service was very quick and staff were attentive. I had the seafood curry laksa, it was very creamy and rich in flavour. Definitely will visit again, highly recommend 👌

I've been eating here for the past few years and have yet to be disappointed by the food. Service is quick, dishes are All great and it's surprisingly filling for one of the cheaper eats out there. Solid quick sit-down meal for a decent price.

We ate here before the busy evening period, being seated promptly but right by the area where the staff congregate to take food from the kitchen and also the toilet door (more on this later). As the restaurant wasn't busy we were seated quickly but for some reason, the waitress would only give us a table for two rather than... More

Great food, but visit ruined by rude unaccomadating staff. Also terrible cheesy RnB added to the disappointing atmosphere.

Food is delicious, my favourite meal is Crispy Duck and Rice. Portions are big and is cheap compared with other restaurants. Food arrives quick. When in the city, I'm am usually craving for their food! The only disappointment is the some staff members. You won't see a smile on their face, looks miserable or even angry. The way they deliver... My friends were taking me out for a surprise visit. We were driving around London looking for this surprise place. Eventually we arrived at Tavistock Square. I thought we were stopping for a drink in a pub named Hare and Tortoise. To my surprise its a restaurant that serves Malaysian and Japanese foods. I had miso soup which was quite... More

Huge portions, very cheap, service could be friendlier but the overall experience was great. I had the vegetarian hoisin 'duck' pancake rolls which were delicious and have never had them anywhere else. For the main course I had the pad thai but asked for no prawns which they had no problem with. My boyfriend had teriyaki salmon and sticky rice... More

Shared sushi to start, the essential box is very generous, (colour of tuna is incredible!). Each had an enormous main and shared a bottle of sake. Total bill £30, incredible

We stumbled across this restaurant during the Christmas holiday period several years ago, when most other businesses were closed. We haven't looked back since. The restaurant is situated in the thriving Brunswick Centre which is host to a plethora of eateries and retail shops. Due to the popularity of this restaurant (especially at lunch time) you are often greeted with... More
