Boulevard Brasserie, one of Covent Garden's iconic fixtures, situated on the Opera Quarter on Wellington Street, has recently completed a refurbishment. A typical French brasserie with a menu featuring classic, uncomplicated French cuisine to include bouef bourguignon, moules mariniere, steak frites and delicious tartines. Set over two floors, it is a bustling place where you can comfortably dine on your own, with friends and family or enjoy a more convivial occasion in a larger group. Simple cooking with good ingredients in an informal atmosphere - a French brasserie at its most authentic. A new feature to Boulevard Brasserie is the Boulevard Cellars - a cosy and intimate wine bar offering a wide range of delicious regional French wines and Champagne, a good selection French cheeses and charcuterie plates to complement all tastes.

Pre theatre lunch

Great service, no need to book and the food was good for the price. I'd say better than I've had a cafe rouge next door! I'll come again.

We have often walked past here saying we should go here (we have a love affair with anything French) & on the odd occasion we have tried to get in, it's been full. We had tickets to see War Horse last night so thought we'd chance it again & they managed to squeeze us in! And we're so glad they... More

We had booked to see the musical "Beautiful" and were looking for something a little different to the usual restaurant chains. The Boulevard Brasserie had very good reviews on Trip Adviser, and we booked for an early pre-theatre dinner through Open Table which offered a 50% discount on food. We were not disappointed - the restaurant has a very nice... More

We had our work Christmas dinner at Boulevard Brasserie. Everything was great – staff, food, atmosphere. It was seat down dinner for 15 people which is normally quite challenging and we had some bad experiences before, but the team of Boulevard Brasserie did great job. It was also very reasonable prices for London. Highly recommend and I would definitely go... More

Perfect in so many ways. Great ambience (low lights, intimate, Parisian feel). Great service. I definately recommend the wild mushroom risotto. This was one of the more expensive meals we had in London but it was worth it.

Definatley a must to visit here as they also sell a pre... More

We tried the set menu and really enjoyed the smoked salmon rilette and the duck pate. In fact the duck pate was simply delicious! The minute steak was very good and nicely pink. The Tolouse sausages were fine. We just thought that they could organise a bit of vegetables to go on to the set menu. There was a distinct... More

Can't speak highly of this place, food was lovely, as for the staff.. They went out their way when they found out it was my partners birthday and brought a pudding out with candles on the house. Will be going back.

It was supposed to be a bargain, as I bought a voucher together with a theatre perfomance. However if you add some still water, an espresso and a couple of quids more if you choose the minute steak (which was really small) you end up paying almost twice as much... Anyway, the staff is very friendly and professional. The food... More

We were early for a matinee and wanted lunch. What a good choice, friendly staff, great food. Duck and seafood linguine were really tasty and good portions. The chocolate tart was good but the ginger cheesecake is to die for. Obviously a popular place as buzzing on a Thursday lunchtime. Not only was the food and service good it wasn't... More
