Wonderful food but needs a bit more atmosphere.

Had a wonderful 3 course lunch here. Every course was delicious and cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed some delicious cocktails. We spent a delightful evening here with a friend. After cocktails at the bar, we had a super meal. The menu is nice and varied but not overly extensive. I can recommend the French onion soup and the beef bourguignon, whilst partner thoroughly enjoyed his mussels. The service was friendly and efficient, and they let us have a bit of... More

in an area of London that has countless food options I probably would have walked straight past this place. Its a lovely find for me! and now all of you. Traditional French brasserie feel with top notch wait staff who were all charming and professional. Three delicious courses-it was clean plates all round. The food isn't super fancy or complicated... Really good location for the Royal Opera House, or other theatres. Staff very attentive to time as we needed to leave by 7.00pm. Very good French food, lovely wine and French ambiance, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Having got away from the Covent Garden crowds, we wanted a quick pick me up before venturing on. We stumbled across this cafe, which looks small from the outside but is in fact a tardis inside with two floors and a back room. Although we only stopped for a coffee/tea the service was spot on with a great French atmosphere,... More

We came here prior to a matinee performance for a quick bite to eat. The service from ALL the staff was excellent, particularly Sofiane who looked after us. It was my mother-in-laws birthday, and whilst we didn't ask for any special attention (Willy Wonka was supposed to be the main event), Sofiane brought the grown ups a Kir Royale on... More

A great place to eat with good wines and lovely food. Service is prompt but unhurried. Prices are reasonable. Perhaps not the best place if you had children, its more adult.
