This is the second time I have visited with friends. I love the quirkyness of the decor but have to say the food is excellent and the price is great...A 3 course meal is around £11 - £15 and is excellent value for money..you need to book as it gets very busy but I can't recommend it enough.A must visit.

We went for lunch with 3 arriving together and another 2 arriving later. Staff allowed us to have our starters with friend who then had main and had to leave and our mains when others had eaten their starters. There was no problem having tap water to drink. Lots of lovely fresh bread and butter. Service is added for a... More

We went as a group of 12 for a friend's birthday. The restaurant has 2 entrances...one is the main restaurant which has seating in the corners almost on raised stilts in the air and the restaurant next door also. The decor is fabulous and a mish mash of styles...classic, egyptian and and more. Being vegetarian, the choice isn't brilliant but... More

Still wonderful value for this part of London. Reservations essential as the locals know a good thing when they see it!

The little bay was great value, the food was good wholesome food, the lighting was low, a special place to come for the romantics. I love the balcony tables, but book them in advance.
