Excellent views of London!

Special although not so known place to have a drink with friends or even a meal. Have never tried full dinner here, but drinks and snacks work well too!

Great views, nice light atmosphere. Food is good and service is friendly (not always fast though).

Menu very limited but view makes it worthwhile! Ideal for after work drinks or after shopping in Oxford Street .

I know this place has bad reviews, but I like it. It's unpretentious, and the staff may be a little laid back, but they're really nice and friendly if you speak to them politely and give them a smile - I've been here several times now and we always get good, courteous service and good food at reasonable prices. What a shame. An amazing alternative view of London, but tired 90s decor and no service at all. We came here just for a drink, and whilst the cocktails we ordered were very good, the service was less than "hot", and took a long long time. Felt like we were gatecrashing rather than being welcome. No follow up, or engagement,... More

It has got a lovely view but the staff are so poorly trained. They smile but are clueless, argumentative and frankly pretty hapless. One meal arrived 25 minutes after all the others and as it was a salad one has to wonder why; a curt "sorry about that" was delivered with the same force as the plate which was banged... More

The Heights had the potential to offer a nice setting for a business dinner, overlooking London. Unfortunately the actuality was one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. Service... what service? After arriving on time we were made to wait 15 minutes for our table despite the fact that there were only 2 other tables occupied in the... More
