In the village, relatively low prices, small portions

Check the menu and the mains are are largely below a tenner unless you pick something from the fish section when the prices are around sixteen quid a pop. Starters are ok, avoid the starter for two, poor value. Mains are good, seems freshly prepared, small portions as are the portions of jasmine... read more

Went there for daughter's birthday, the food, service and ambience were all extremely good as was the New Zealand Sauvignon @ £17.95 (worth a visit by itself). I can't think of any dish I wouldn't order again...and again! We will certainly go back again.

During a visit to Wimbledon, we were recommended by friends to dine at the Thai Tho restaurant. I'm glad we went. We were warmly greeted, and although the restaurant was very busy, the staff were very attentive and helpful. Having said that we were not knowledgeable about the Thai cuisine, a lady, who it turned out was the owner, attended... More

We eat at Thai Tho regularly. The food is truly wonderful with tastes so delicate and authentic and flavours that take us back to holidays in Koh Samui! The beautiful Thai staff are always polite, friendly and attentive. We wondered whether the standards would be maintained, when we booked a table for 10 during the tennis. We had family and... More

I have just returned from eating in Thai Tho and I wish that I had read the previous reviews, especially the one that advised people to avoid the restaurant. The only thing that is authentic about this place is the Thai name and if the previous reviewers think that I am wrong then you should try going to an excellent... More

As like most 'farangs' (thai for tourist) I have a undeniable and untameable addiction to thai food. So it made perfect sense to visit this restaurant after a long day at Wimbledon a few weeks back. I already had recognised the name from a previous dinner at there other restaurant in London soho and from my experience there I knew... More

We have just walked out of this restaurant after ordering our drinks and making our food order. As a vegetarian I was happy with my choice from viewing the menu in the window. When inquiring about a rice dish, the waiter informed me that the vegetarian Gang Pak curry I ordered, contained fish in the sauce that could not be... More

After a very enjoyable day at Wimbledon watching the tennis we needed some dinner. This restaurant has an ideal location for walking to after going to the tennis. However this is one of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten in. For starters I had the squid tempura which was horrendously overcooked. The squid tasted more like something that could... More

Starters were below par but overall food was ok. Not great value for money, I wouldn't go out of my way to go there again

Visited this restaurant early evening during the first week of the Wimbledon Tennis Fortnight. We have been here on a number of previous occasions. It has a nice buzzy atmosphere and friendly staff. It has a good menu and we had a nice bottle of white wine Pouilly Fume which was well priced. Service was prompt. It has to be this... More
