Nice for brunch but service can be a bit of a let down

Have been quite a few times and always quite enjoyed it. Good menus, nice specials, increasingly lots of healthier things on option (particularly amongst the cakes at the front of the cafe). Highly recommend it for breakfast or weekend brunch, yet to try it for other meals. (Worth booking in... read more

Been going there ever since I can remember for breakfast. It is a family favourite, great for breakfast and very reasonable. The staff are great and very tentative. I would recommend the chicken sausages.

The Chamomile became my go-to cafe for breakfast. Thick cut bacon, eggs cooked however you desire and tea from an independent source. No more Tetley or PG Tips in this cafe! The staff are friendly, the healthier options are surprisingly good (musli with yoghurt, honey and fresh fruit actually more inspiring than it sounds), and yes, fast wifi for those... More

Looking for a late lunch venue in Primrose Hill came across this restaurant. Great atmosphere and great food. Very helpful staff. Black iced coffee my favourite.

I love this place! The staff is friendly and attentive, the food is amazing and they have great healthy options on the menu! I tried the quinoa porride, the pancakes and the eggs royal. Everything was great. Absolutely recommend going there

great breakfast options, tasty coffee and very good house-made lemonade (although I'd prefer it with a bit stronger touch of mint). I'm always between the Full English or the Chamomile special breakfast, so I go with a friend and share.

The ladies here, especially the older lady with white/grey hair (possibly owner or manager) are simply the best in NW3. Always helpful even when really busy. I am sometimes short of time when I drop in and ask to be served quickly and they always oblige. Loos downstairs always perfectly clean. Often used by the lovely students from Hampstead Fine... Always a great place to visit. Charming staff and lovely food , time after time I'm now a regular as my gym is close by. And most the trainers use it too

I enjoyed a fresh squeezed juice and omelet in this bright, beautiful cafe. The service was as excellent as the food. I recommend stopping here for some fuel before a walk in Hampstead Heath. You could even take some pastries with you for later.
