Excellent food and service, they know what they are doing. Good vibe on a Friday night. They have 2 seatings and we had the early one at 19.00, so we had to leave at 21.00 which was a shame, we could have used an hour more. We were 4 people sharing various courses, 1 champagne, 2 white wines and a... More

This is the place to go for a splurge. Wonderful Japanese fare. We got there early and were glad we did! By 8pm, when we left, the bar was packed and there was a long line of people waiting for their reservation.

I have been to this restaurant a few times and i do like the food and the atmosphere, although sometimes you may find alot of crowds are there for the see and bee seen purpose rather then the excellent food. Overall a great hangout, lovely food, great service.

Have been looking forward to my visit to Zuma for the last 3 months. I am a fan of Roka so the expectations were high. The food didn't disapoint but the service did. The sushi is delicious, fresh and a bit different. We also had the duck and the lamb chops. The lamb was our favourite, full of flavour and... More

With some very good memories from two visits at Zumas sister Roka we had high expectations when we got a table in April. You feel the vibrating atmosphere when you walk through Zuma - with a good variety of guests; families, couples, business and friends in a perfect mix.  We like to be surprised and have a variety, hence we... Very nice location (close to hyde park), cool atmosphere and amazing japanese food! The sushis and sashimis are good but what is really special in this restaurant are the signature dishes. Try the Miso marinated Black Cod...one of the best fishes I have ever had. Tempura is also very good......and make sure you don't skip the desserts!

Every time I go to Zuma, whatever starters or appetizers we have, and usually we select a number to share I always, always have their Black Cod as a main meal. Just Wow! this is the most delicious, best cooked fish, ever! it comes on a plate of course but it is in a big green leaf. The fish breaks... More

Having eaten the best sushi in Tokyo I expecting good but not outstanding, how wrong I was. All 6 of us said we had never been so amazed by so many dishes from the well known but still amazing blackened cod to the Californian maki rolls. Absolutely faultless and how do they do that to a chicken ? It was... More

Had a Saturday lunch with my sister. Was buzzing and busy on arrival and perhaps that are welcome we had which was rather brusque! Our waiter however was friendly, attentive but not hovering and made us feel at home. Menu is extensive and has lots of tempting dished. We had a mix of 3 small plates and a couple of... More
