Fantastic Sunday lunch

We went for Sunday lunch for my mother-in-law's birthday and it was perfect. The fish dishes were the best. I don't usually order fish main courses as I love meat so much but the smoked eel and artichoke starter followed by the cod, crispy quinoa and mussels with saffron garganelli were the best... read more

Attention to detail, care and knowledgable staff - a menu that excites and entices you to try - and doesn't disappoint - need I say any more? Well I could go on and on but after a fantastic meal in Trinity I just feel totally satisfied....

The area around Clapham Common tube station is popular for locals to go out and there are many interesting and fun places to go to, but not much on the more luxurious end of the scale. Although cosy and well presented the small restaurant's strong point is not the impressive ambiente but the excellent menu by chef Adam Byatt and... More

A wonderful birthday dinner last night - service was excellent not at all stuffy and very friendly, the food was just amazing - pigs trotter tasted so much better than it sounds and the tuna was also great I'm told! Was blown away but the bouillabaisse which was cooked perfectly. Couldn't fault this place and I think it's up there... More

I am an exile from the amazing NYC food scene whilst living in London as an ex-pat, and as such Trinity has been a welcome addition to my life. It is the best of what food can be - innovative, determinedly local and seasonal, beautiful platings. I was pleased to see creativity and innovation on the menu; it showed through... More

My eldest daughter lives in Clapham and works in the City, my wife and I together with our other daughter had been visiting for 4 nights and this was the culmination of a fantastic birthday weekend. We were booked in for lunch on the Sunday at 2pm, upon arriving at Trinity our coats were taken and we were shown to... More

We have eaten at Trinity many a time now, busy Valentine set menu to quite weekday meals. Each time the standard of food and service is simply outstanding. A clean and simple dining room with food that can only be compared to a Michelin Star experience. The knowledgeable staff play a huge part in our enjoyment, always a warm welcome... More

We were experiencing Trinity for the first time. Our eldest daughter lives in Clapham and this was a family birthday celebration. Sunday lunch 29 March, which we thoroughly enjoyed - a three hour relaxed afternoon. Cuisine, service, attention to detail was faultless - simply outstanding. Our Irish waiter looked after us beautifully and was clearly passionate about the restaurant and... More

Dinner with close friends, a former colleague and his wife who is in the wine trade. Short attractive menu, beautifully presented complex dishes all considered delicious. Excellent wine choices particularly the Loire, we had v nice Menetou Salon. Friendly cheerful Antipodan waiting staff. Not expensive considering quality Completely full so be sure to book, as I cannot see much chance... More

A really good meal has 3 important components. Great Ambiance, fantastic food & wine and exceptional service! (and good company, but that is not in the hands of the establishment!). This restaurant had all 3 (their décor is relatively plain, but the vibe was great). The young lady, wish I remembered her name, who served us, was simply outstanding and... More
