We got a table as a walk in mid week for dinner and had a lovely dinner. Trinity stands out from the rest of the restaurants in Clapham Old Town and provides a good balance at the top end of the dining options for the area. Service was attentive and the setting is quite refined and elegant but also fairly... More

It's the sort of place where the food is announced, the butter is slapped onto a stone and they serve a (rather good tapenade) amuse bouche. However it came across as a bit too formal & self-conscious for a Sunday lunch and attention to detail-like clean tablecloths was missing. The cheapest wine was about £40 and the water was topped... We arrived for Sunday lunch and were offered the set menu which presented our first problem; what to chose. The choice was excellent and the attentive but not overbearing waiter was able to provide well informed descriptions of each dish. Choices made we were presented with a fantastic appetiser, followed by home baked focaccia rolls. The starters, mains and deserts... More

We met friends here for a Bank Holiday Sunday lunch. The service from start to finish was first class. Attentive and well informed. We started with champagne cocktails whilst deciding from the menu. The menu had good selections of dishes and not just traditional lunch. I started with the cod brandade scotch egg. Well cooked and tasted excellent. My partner... More

We had a very enjoyable evening at Trinity, the food was excellent and beautifully presented and the service was knowledgeable and attentive without being over-bearing. The amuse-bouche between each course were varied and delicious, especially the olive bread sticks. The restaurant would be well suited to a special occasion as it is more refined than many of the more casual... More

My family and I aboslutely love this place. The food is delicious and not overpriced. It has a great atmosphere which is not stifled by the white table cloths or perfect cuisine. I cannot recommend Trinity enough for a family gathering over sunday lunch or a romantic evening meal with your other half. Impeccable service with excellent food - every... More

This restaurant is for me one of the best places in the city. Great value, quality and innovative chef. The atmosphere is great, although formal the staff makes you feel relaxed. Great wines, this spot is simply great.

This is a fantastic restaurant which simply never fails to offer up an interesting choice of dishes be it for dinner or Sunday lunch. We have been with both friends and family/children and whatever the occasion have always found it to be thoroughly enjoyable with fresh, interesting and accurately cooked food, a good and sensibly priced wine list and helpful... We had a delicious meal at Trinity and would highly recommend the tasting menu. It's good value, the portion sizes are decent but not too big. Service was excellent, the staff couldn't do enough to help and were very friendly. Feels like it should have a Michelin star.

I have been 3 times to this restaurant and I am always impressed. For me it is up there with all the Michelin stars restaurants of London but for only half of the price. For £85 per head you can enjoy a 5 courses tasting menu with matched wines. Food is refined and elegant, staff is nice and very knowledgeable... More
