I can't decide whether this place is amazing for sub-par. I once had innovative and delicious, almost gourmet food here for dirt cheap prices. But experiences both before and since have not met that standard. Part of me thinks I dreamt it but my friends backed me up that one meal was incredible. Otherwise it can be nice and not... More

This is the restaurant in London I return to most often. Been here many times over 20 years! It's great value and delicious food. Far better than for example somewhere much pricier like Amaya. Mee Goreng and Gado Gado especially good. It deserves better reviews.

Really nice little Indonesia place. The deals are often great value and the drinks reasonable. The portions of some meat meals are small but the prices are very cheap! Honestly can't wait to go back and eat again. The lamb cooked in chilli is fantastic and we nearly always get the gado gado as it's really yummy. We had a... More

We went here one evening for the set menu which seemed like a good deal - 2 course for £9. The food wasn't bad, however, the portions were very stingy. The spring rolls starter consists literally of a single small spring roll. Same goes for the pergedel - a single potato cake. The main courses were quite lacking in terms... More

I used to visit this wonderful restaurant on a regular basis, and have probably dined there 40 or more times. On every previous occasion the food was wonderful, plentiful and tasty, and the staff were the friendliest you could imagine; attendant to your every need without being invasive. That has all changed. The old staff are gone, replaced by the... More

The food was very tasty and the staff were friendly and attentive, though we were so close to the next table we felt as I'd we could share their food. Either come on a quiet evening when the place isn't so busy, or try to get one of the pavement tables as these will have more privacy!

We came across Nusa Dua as we were searching for an indonesian resto while in London. Yes, pretty ironic considering am from Indonesia and we are currently residing in KL. It was lunch time and we were the only costumers there. We were immediately served and food came at reasonable time. We ordered Martabak and Tempe goreng for starters. They... More

Nusa Dua is not terrible in any way, just very average in all aspects except the very convenient location, and their version of Indonesian food is surprisingly bland even for European tastes. On the plus side we got our food quite fast even if a large group of people arrived and ordered at the same time, on the negative side... More

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
