Food good but overpriced, drinks took a long time and second drinks order was completely forgotten. They did give us the second order for free but had to rush as they needed the table. On the whole good meal spoilt by a lack of attention to detail.

Visited on a Thursday early evening. Way over priced. £13.95 for three pieces of KFC type chicken plus £3 for fries way too much. Plus they add 12% for service. I will be the judge of whether service is to be rewarded or not. Much better places to eat in Covent Garden

Good Venue, nice food which was fast (ish) service, although with the amount of people dining i thought they coped well. Would go back.

Terrible food. Extremely fatty ribs, dry chicken and general over priced nonsense. Typical Covent garden tourist trap. Avoid. Much more nicer/ better quality restaurants serving similar food elsewhere. I also wonder about the general hygiene of this place upon catching a glimpse of the kitchen. Disappointing!

Fantastic venue, location, service and food! What more can I say? Even had original American beers ( not your Miller and Budweiser, original state beers! ). Food was simple but soooo tasty, add that to the bustling and vibrant atmosphere, will be back and highly recommend for an original dining experience.

Ended up at Joe’s as we couldn’t get a booking in our chosen restaurant and found it difficult getting in anywhere in Covent Garden as the Christmas party session has started. We arrived early and had cocktails, fabulous and served by a really helpful, cheerful bartender in their basement bar, great atmosphere. We then went upstairs for dinner…. I didn’t... More

We ended up here because it was the closest one from the Days Out Guide offers. It was a real gem. I must confess we were starving after leaving Barcelona at 4 am in the morning so we could even eat an old shoe and that would be nice. ;) But the truth is that we ate very nice and... More

My Husband and I ate at this restaurant and were astounded by everything it had to offer. The service was excellent; the maître de was friendly, attentive and polite. The food was amazing! We shared popcorn prawns and beef brisket (as starters); the food was fresh and full of flavour. My Husband had ribs; the meat was so tender and... More

Many flaws to this place, which is a shame as I really wanted to enjoy the meal. Went here pre theatre with my mum and 7 year old daughter. We were shown to a table at the back of the restaurant promptly. We immediately noticed how dark it was. So bad that my mum had to use the torch of... More

Visited Joe's in Covent Garden for lunch with family. Seating was rather cramped. The upstairs flooring shook with people moving around above us. The food was OK but nothing that different to other equivalent establishments. Maybe we chose the wrong dish but we couldn't see anything that great about it. Food is served in quirky metal 'prison bowls' which could... More
