This historic pub was a great choice, near our Hammersmith hotel. Whatever you do, however adventurous you think you are, Do Not, I repeat, DO NOT order ox cheek. It was tough, tasteless and should never ever be on any menu. The other 4 had a good dinner and drink

Such a cosy little pub with a cute outside bit overlooking the river. Fantastic food, all the times I've been here. Would love to check out the live music here in the future.

It's become something of a tradition for us to go to the Dove on Sundays when we visit the area. Since it doesn't open until noon we breakfast elsewhere, buy the papers and then head to the Dove for coffee, followed later by a few pints or glasses of mulled wine depending on the time of year. There's a pleasant... More

The setting is super cute, in a little hallway in front of the river thames. The food so delicious and the atmosphere is amazing. Feel like being at home. When the sun is shining and you are lucky enough to find a free table, there is overly outside terrace overlooking the thames that makes the atmosphere so magical. Highly recommend... More

This old, authentic pub is very up market popular with locals and visitors. Lovely setting on the Thames. Great food. My wife raved about the chicken and stilton pie. We were served by Martin who is quite the best waiter we have had in years. He was helpful, attentive and caring. A lovely experience all around!

Delicious fish and chips on the suntrap terrace overlooking the Thames made for a perfect lunchtime treat. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and went out of their way to make us comfortable, even rearranging furniture to accommodate our buggy and helping to lift it up and down stairs. Highly Recommended.

A really special pub with amazing service and a lot of charm. You can sit outside or in the cozy pub and spend an afternoon with friends. Worth visiting if you're in the Hammersmith area.

Went to the Dove three or four times over the past year, really enjoyed the food, drinks and atmosphere. Staff always polite, they make you feel welcome. Too bad it doesn't stay open very late - the kitchen also closes earlish. Better to book as it is often crowded

A really charming, historic old pub on the banks of the Thames, just under Hammersmith Bridge. It's the sort of place that makes you want to duck, even though you probably don't need to, every time you move about. We were looking for somewhere nice to eat before going to a gig at the Odeon. One of us was a... More

We visited this lovely old pub for lunch. It was lovely to be able sit outside overlooking the Thames at Hammersmith. The food was excellent and there were a good selection of beers on offer.
