Very enjoyable food. I had the beetroot with meat parcels (not a literal translation) and it was wonderful. Partner had goose pate which was good. Moved onto the meat wrapped in cabbage with a tomato sauce which was good, but could have had more seasoning. Partner had the pork which was excellent... read more

We had passed this small place a few times when on holiday in London and were intrigued by the reviews pasted in the window and the fact that it was a cuisine that we don't get a lot of in Australia, Polish. Our middle-of-winter evening meal was all we hoped that it would be. A very warm welcome, a choice... More

What a heart-warming treat on a cold Christmas night - a warm welcome, a good table found straight away despite a busy hum all around, sweet, attentive service, really well-prepared hearty dishes beautifully presented, and all for a cracking price. Nice old traditional decor - lots of warm reds, with gold-framed mirrors and paintings on every side sporting suitably festive... More

I took my wife here for her birthday. A group of my work friends wanted to try the place and my parents were also curious, but fortunately on this occasion it was just the two of us. The service and food were dissapointing. After being sat next to the entrance I went to close it as there was a draft;... More

It was a very cosy restaurant, where it felt more like you where visiting friends. We ate 3 people for 33 pounds inclusive drinks. The food was good and so was the service.

Great home like atmosphere and really good food which tastes exactly how the Polish food is supposed to taste. Restaurant also server a really decent range of non-Polish cuisine which is also of great quality. Prices are very reasonable considering decent sizes of portions. Highly recommended!

Lovely Polish food served in a nice dining room setting like somebody's living room. We took the set menu of three courses, smoked salmon blinis, assorted Polish dumplings and Polish pancake. My friends had Lamb Polish style and duck. All the meals were tasty and excellent with generous portions. Service was attentive. We noticed that Sir Ben Kingsley was at... More

Looking for somewhere to eat on Shepherds Bush Green and discovered this place - a good find! We selected food from the 3 course menu @ £16.95. We've never eaten in a Polish restaurant before so chose Polish dishes: each tried a different soup and both were delicious. Lamb and dumpling for mains - delicious too and puds also went... More

A little gem. Very reasonable prices. Somewhat spoilt by the young waitress and her lack of English or understanding. The apparent owners were very pleasant and friendly, but concentrated their attention on their regulars rather than the solo newcomer. I would return there.

Just walking by and decided to give it a try. What a pleasant surprise. Never eaten in a Polish Restaurant before. The selections looked interesting and the chosen starters & main (pork ala cracovia) dish were very tasty. Then there were the vegetables, simple home cooked and extremely tasty. If in that neck of the woods again, will certainly go... More
