Odette's Restaurant & Bar is one of London's original dining rooms having opened in 1978, and it is still an acclaimed restaurant now owned by Welsh chef Bryn Williams, set amongst a parade of mid-Victorian shops and cafes in beautiful Primrose Hill. Bryn's modern British menu is an innovative marriage of textures and flavours that reflect his personality and heritage: dishes are created using the finest produce sourced from his native Wales and the rest of the UK. Lunch and dinner is served six days a week (Tuesday to Sunday)in the Odette's split level dining room, walled garden and terraced seating area.

A really, really good meal

We were sat in the terrace covered in fairy lights at the back and It was a lovely setting. The service was a little bit slow, but the food was extremely good. The pork cheek was delicious to start as was the chicken roulade. A great evening and a lovely restaurant.

This restaurant is situated in one of the nicest areas in London, just on the edge of Primrose Hill. It’s no wonder that despite staying on the opposite side of London I made a return visit. It was a pleasant evening so sat outside and watched the world go by as I enjoyed a great meal. I opted for the... More

The lunch time set menu must be the best deal in NW London! Look at the website for the day's menu and book. The tasting menu with matched wines is a real treat. Sit outside and watch the celebs parade past you! My favourite restaurant. Sorry Tom Kitchen. Too far away. Sorry Jason Atherton. Too many restaurants to choose from.... More

The food was excellent. The menu was special without trying to be different for the sake of being different. The service while good was impersonal. Choice of wine was also quite good.

Had lunch with a colleague on a lovely sunny day which showed off Primrose Hill at its best. The food was ok, but the portions were on the small size, so neither of us left feeling satisfied. However the lunchtime menu was not expensive, but on reflection I would rather have paid more to receive more. Overall no complaints but... More

Forced to give an "average" score here because some bits were good and others pretty poor. Overall the restaurant is pleasant, staff are friendly and the feel is good but some things are fairly inexcusable - we suffered at times from biblically slow service . Also, some portion sizes were epic in their smallness and reminiscent of the bad old... More

We joined a friend for lunch at 'his local' restaurant, having been planning a visiting several times. This place is hidden in the delightful row of trendy shops in Primrose Hill. We were greeted by friendly front of house staff, and quickly shown to a our table. We soon had our glasses charged with the house wine and red, and... More

Great location in centre of Primrose Hill Village and the outdoor tables are great for people watching but the food was a disappointment. The menu was interesting with dishes having an interesting combination of flavours but the portions seemed tiny. I ordered Welsh lamb and there was hardly any of it. My friend had an arctic roll dessert which seemed... More

The food is absolutely amazing here. I had the pork cheek to start and the duck as a main and I'm seriously wondering why this place does not have a Michelin star. Great vibe and nice garden and probably the only Welsh restaurant in London.
