Mezze

Went with a friend to the cafe next door to the main restaurant as we just wanted something quite casual. Shared five Mezze dishes and some glorious Moroccan bread. Lovely setting great food and delightful waitress. Cant wait to bring my son

I have been to this place before which I had especially liked their shisha garden outside, I rang Momo before hand to see if me and some friends could have some shisha and a couple of drinks and the gentleman on the phone said yes they are open for another hour and it's first come first serve but we were... I've been going here for years. Just a minute from the chaos of central London, right next to the hustle and bustle of Hamlets and Piccadilly, is this little cafe and restaurant, tucked away in a side street that is hard to find, but once you're there, it's always peaceful. I've eaten there and it was lovely, snacked on humous... More

Visited Momo's, spontaneous choice after wandering round Soho decent coffee. It was totally packed but staff went above and beyond to get us outside on the terrace (thanks+++ Mo ;-)) Mint tea with orange blossom - seriously, not drinking coffee in central London again. Totally recommend.

Very nice area in London, north african cuisine. Much expensive, not huge portions, very good quality of food.

One of our favorites in London. Great food, service and atmosphere. We always start with the Wood Pigeon Pastilla. We usual share the chicken or lamb tagine. Also have had the Mechoui for two (it's awesome!). This is a great restaurant. Highly recommended. You will need to reserve with a credit card.

My friend and I visited Momo last night for an evening meal. We arrived at around 10.40p.m. having had a busy evening. The door staff were very friendly and professional. We got served relatively quickly and the starter of chickpea salad and main of vegetable tagine were nice (starter nicer than main). The cous cous was lovely and fluffy. The... More

Having never tried Moroccan cuisine before, I had my doubts before visiting this restaurant. However, the food quality was suffice to blow me away. The food was evidently very carefully prepared, and really very delicious. We ordered the chicken couscous, fish stew, and lamb meat balls as part of the lunch set, which also came with starters and dessert. Almost... More

Met here with a friend for lunch and sat outside in Heddon Street in a shaded space on rustic furniture. Ordered a mezzo of pastilla, halumi, chicken skewers, lamb sausages and lovely fresh bread all washed down with a passion fruit cocktail. To finish we had mint tea A lovely informal lunch very unhurried service very good and staff very... More

Staying in Mayfair

Neighborhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
