Beautiful little treasure!

Visited here on Sunday for a light bite and some cocktails, caught our eye. We waited at the entrance for a while not sure on wether to just walk in or wait to be seated as waiters were looking over but walking past us. Service to start was a bit slow, though once we had our food and cocktails... read more

Loved this place. Great location and decor that serves amazing food with fantastic service. I was recommended and couldn't have been happier. Loved it and will definitely be back.

The setting is obviously beautiful, the decor both interior and exterior are perfect. I had cocktails here before (very impressive but expensive) and was looking forward to trying the food here. What a disappointment. The starter sizes are tiny for the price you're paying and the quality of the food overall is average. Nothing special. Everything seems to be missing... More

Six of us wanted a meal yesterday at 6.30pm after it had poured hard all day and seemed set to rain all night too. Everything seemed soaked and bleak but ...we remembered passing this little place after a trip to the Icebar a few years ago. There it still was - twinkling lights, gorgeous Moroccan interior which felt authentic. We... More

I went to Momo on a Tuesday night with some friends. The restaurant is located just off Regent street, very central, and the Moroccan style interiors make the place very elegant and intimate. Unfortunately this is the only positive side of the whole experience: I ordered a chicken couscous and, not only they gave me 2 quite small and dry... More

I took my mum here for afternoon tea as a birthday treat. We sat outside on the terrace which is surrounded by plants to provide some privacy from the street. We arrived early but this wasn't a problem. The staff were welcoming and very polite, formal without being off putting. The tea consisted of some delicious savoury snacks, salmon sandwich,... More

Having visited Momo’s previously and been disappointed, I decided to give Momo’s a second chance. We went to Momo's on a weekday evening for shisha. I had already contacted Momo's via email and had been advised that they had a strict walk in policy and no bookings were permitted for the shisha terrace. In addition, we would be required to... Food lovely, we had a great time. we booked a table at 12:30pm but had to change till later as we were stuck on a bus! (did I mention the tube strike)? Drinks rediculously expensive,... More

I booked to eat here on Saturday 27th June as my sister and I were back home in London for the weekend. Having spent the entire day travelling, sightseeing and catching up, I was very excited about the Moroccan dinner we had planned. However, when we arrived, apologising for being slightly late, the hostess from the evening informed us that... More

Staying in Mayfair

Neighborhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
