Came for lunch before catching a show at the Old Vic. Enjoyed the food very much. The service was attentive but not overbearing or rushed. When back in London would definitely pay a return visit.

Visited for the first time for our first anniversary and couldn't have been happier that we did, will definitely return...and the Venison Wellington is perfect. Many thanks to everyone that made a special occasion that bit more special.

Excellent food, exceptional service, cool and trendy decor....the entire place had an incredible vibe that was created by all of the above! I had a virgin strawberry Mojito, hummus appetiser, and sea bass for dinner. My guests had virgin mojitos too. For dinner my husband had a burger, and our friend had the Wellington. Everyone loved their food just as... More

Taking a large group of customers out in a country that's not your home base, knowing it will be pricey, but little else can be nerve wracking. Not so at this lovely little bistro. Delish food, fantastic, perfectly attentive service. Amazing cocktails, bar, entrees and dessert. I'd like to just say one word of inordinate praise for the chocolate martini.... More

We booked this restaurant based on trip advisor restaurant ranking in London and we weren't disappointed. When we first walked in we were surprised by the casual appearance of the place but the food was excellent and beautifully presented and we thought well priced. Would recommend.

My aunt suggested this lovely restaurant. She is now my favorite aunt. We had gone to the Globe for a play and this was within walking distance. It really was just about a 20 minute walk. There was also public transpiration nearby. Just after you pass all of the terribly busy and full restaurants, and it becomes a bit more... More

After failing in my previous attempts to have a good British meal I finally found a good place. I ordered the roasted beef which had a very big Yorkshire pudding, I can recommend it. The service was quick I didn't need to call them or signal at all.

Booked a table for 5 at 6.30 on Saturday pm...wife thought it would be empty, but despite their only being 3-4 tables occupied when we got there it soon filled up and we could see why. Most of us had the burgers which were possibly the best I have had and the fishcakes were also top notch. Deserts all good... More

Loved the ambiance at this place and the service was good! Our starters was nice enought but our burgers was a disappointment! The bread was dry and hard and the burger itself was really dry! The chips was not as crisp as I would have wanted but the wine was tasty! We would go back to this restaurant but we... More
