A Perfect 10 for K10

I've been to K10 twice, once to meet a friend for lunch and a second time with my 12-year old daughter (again, for lunch) after a visit to the Museum of London. I love the set-up and the sushi is exceptionally good, which is not terribly common with conveyor belt style service. When I visited with... read more

Used to eat here all the time and it really is very good sushi, slightly on the expensive side but i guess tats most sushi places in London.

My office is now a little further away from K10. I made the effort to get there with some colleagues for lunch this week, and reminded myself just how good it is. It's busy, because the food is such a high quality, and because it's busy the food on the belt is very freshly made. And it's very good. Hard... More

This is one of my regular haunts when meeting friends for lunch. The conveyor belt is a great focal point - without it this would be a rather depressing basement restaurant. Staff always helpful and friendly. Food is fresh and tasty - free self-service water and condiments every 3 seats is great.

This is my favourite sushi place in London. The staff are always very friendly and efficient, do not be put off by a big queue for seating at lunch, it will move quick and staff have always been realistic about waiting times. The food is excellent, really tasty and with great choice. If you order food not available on the... More

The queues at lunch time can snake up the staircase - for good reason though. The sushi has always been excellent. And the little non-sushe bites are also great. The service is quick. The chefs in the central well will dish up something to your taste if you get their eye and request politely. And for a restaurant which is... More

Used to go quite regularly when I was in the City. Visited recently and it was still as delicious as ever. The queue still snaked up the stairs at lunchtime. Makes all other conveyor belt Sushi restaurants seem like McDonalds. The black cod was a very welcome additional to the choice of hot food and very reasonably priced.

Staying in City of London

Neighborhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighborhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighborhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
