Family birthday celebration was absolutely gorgeous. I have never seen such a choice of different fish and shellfish and an excellent vegetarian menu too for one of us. Excellent service added to a lovely night.

I visited for 6th time. Food and service in restaurant good as we enjoyed a pretty theatre dinner. Both meals well cooked, if a tad cold but that could have been because the dining area was quite chilly. What struck us was how miserable the bar staff were. They all looked incredibly glum and as if they'd rather be elsewhere.... More

I love this restaurant. Have been there pre-theatre with my daughter, met up with girlfriends and this time introduced my husband to the delights of Sheekey's. We had the sea food platter. Our lovely waiter recommended that one would be sufficient to share. He was absolutely correct. No way we could have got through 2. All delicious and great selection... More

It must be 35 years ago that I first went to J Sheekey and have been going there, on and off through the years. However, our most recent visit was the first for at least five years. I booked it as a post-theatre dinner because the service is always good and efficient. We were not disappointed from that point of... More

This was a semi-business occasion and we needed the mood to be right. Many thanks to Sheekeys, both kitchen and front of house, for a delicious meal andefficient but unobtrusive service.

Superb place for great, fresh fish. It's big and gets really crowded (as it's a popular pre-theater spot), but the service is great and the food terrific.

A three hour lunch was excellent. Despite three bottles of wine the food was, as always superb. The fish is consistently fresh and well cooked. Service well timed and without pressure. I suppose it is pricey, but the quality of the food is such that its good value.
