Men and meat. Two things which are quite inseparable..along with beer. I went to Hawksmoor as a warm up for a stag do celebration in London, and it did not disappoint. Firstly, the waiter was very knowledgeable and explained the cuts of meat, how it served, the taste(s), qualities and textures very well. He handled a bunch of slightly intoxicated... More

We visited this restaurant from a recommendation from a friend. We had a special night out planned and hardly expected value for money from a steak restaurant in London. We had an amazing meal and in terms of portion size they were huge...the creamed spinach was to die for and the waitresses were attentive but never overbearing. The lighting and... More

We decided to book a table at Hawksmoor for my sons 18th as he is a steak lover. The service and attention was just right with our server explaining the different beef cuts and the best way to have them. The starters were great and the mains ( filet and porterhouse) were excellent. We had ordered a cake as well... More

Romantic evening for two to celebrate topped off with a great atmosphere friendly diligent staff and mouth watering meat! Bone marrow starter was the best to date and the Rib Eye steak was exactly what I'd be hoping for, not to mention the triple cooked chips soaked lovingly in bone marrow gravy. Our expectations were high after extensive gossip on... More

Excellent quality service and the finest steaks in London, but this one (I think it was the original?) doesn't quite have the sophistication of the others. Expensive and probably not the best in terms of pure value, but if you can afford the law of diminishing returns, it's a great place to entertain :-)

Try their Prime rib or Porterhouse with Mac and cheese with lobster, and their bestseller dessert, Ferrero Rocher

The place is buzzing. The food is unbelievable. The wine selection is incredible. The waiters are very friendly and the bar staff know how to mix a cocktail or two. Amazing.

Although menu is the same & food good quality, prefer the 'gentle mens club' atmosphere of Air Street to the spit-and-sawdust edge they are trying to create here. Food , service and drinks were all up to normal good quality for the chain

I'm amazed at how positive the reviews for this place are. In the interest of giving a balanced review I'll begin by saying that the staff were excellent. Nothing too much trouble. They changed my friends dessert because he fancied a different one when he saw it. The environment is fine. Obviously much better than a Nandos type of eatery.... More

My boyfriend and I came here for my birthday celebrations as my friends have recommended it highly, not one for wanting to miss out we booked up and I'm so pleased we did! Our waitress was attentive and gave us an in-depth overview of the different stakes on offer and advised us well, for starter I ordered the Potted Beef... More
