High quality, but perhaps overly safe

Far to many people per sqm of floor. All staff rushed of there feet. My wife chose a fish fillet and came out raw in the middle. My wife complained only for the manager to say it was cooked through. My wife being japanese knows a thing or two about fish and disagreed. Walked out never to return

We had been wanting to come here for at least 8yrs. We had worried that because we had wanted to come here for such a long time things wouldn't live upto our expectations. How we feel stupid for ever worrying. A very small intimate restaurant, 14 tables to 11 wait staff and 13 chefs and cooks in the kitchen. We... More

This was my 3rd visit to restaurant Gordon Ramsay and I have to say the experience just keeps on getting better. Food was exceptional, tremendous balance of flavours with incredible quality food. Service as always was attentive without being over bearing. The halibut with king crab was very special. Already looking forward to the next visit.

Supposed to be a top restaurant but I believe a cafe is cleaner, I have been to many top restaurants and never have I been charged for use of cutlery- how was I supposed to eat the food ? Over priced for a very poor experience - Never be coming back was a waste of money ,definitely not a high... More

Staying in Chelsea

Neighborhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
