This is just the perfect place for a meal in Theatre Land. No need to book which is great, and excellent food. Great value for money considering the location. Three of us turned up with just an hour before a matinee show. Had a great lunch and plenty of time to make the Theatre. Met the owner who has been... More

Ate at Gaby's with my 19 year old daughter last night, before going to the London Dungeon 'Lates'. We both had falafels in pitta bread with salad and I also had a small 'deli plate' - you get to choose 5 different salad items, but this is no ordinary salad. I had a spicy spinach and chick pea dish, stuffed... More

Gaby's has been here forever and it really hasn't ever changed. It is a resolutely unfashionable, good value deli-cum-restaurant which offers a wide range of ethnic food, mainly Middle Eastern in type, in a cheerful, unadorned, well worn and cheerful ambience. Service is fine: it gets your orders taken and delivered to your table with a degree of reasonable humour... More

This place has been here for many years, they have a menu to suit everybody the hot vegetable plate is good, some of the staff could do with smiling a bit more but maybe that is part of the attraction for some people. The place has a steady trade as there are theatres very close by. You can eat very... More

Don't be put off by the slightly Spartan interior. I've been coming here for years. This deli/reataurant is one of the few places in the West End (theatre land) of London where you can really well for around £10 to £15. It's not very comfortable but the do have a large selection of simple but very well prepared cooked dishes,... More

It was possible to find a table here for lunch on a Saturday when other places nearby were full. Hummus and falafel pittas or wraps were good value at £5.50 each; but the falafels were a bit overcooked and the hummus was just a thin layer spread on the bread. The waitresses here are noted for their offhand manner; but... More

Tiny frontage next to Wyndham Theatre not that inviting at first but the unpretentious interior has real character. Salt beef sandwiches are obviously the thing here but as veggies we gave them a miss and went for other things which were OK. The cheesecake is wonderful and unadorned as it should be

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, but busy. Good, fresh, healthy vegetarian food, and great value for money. I'll go again.

What a cute independent little Deli. Just off Trafalgar square, serving delicious Mediterranean dishes (you will have a hard time choosing) at very reasonable prices.

Not the best ambiance but for a value takeaway or quick snack cant be beaten in the West End Salt Beef / Falaffel / massive salad selection - I recommend the lentil soup (I need the recipe)
