Great falafel and salads

I have been coming here for years and it never disappoints. The falafel and hummus is delicious and I can never decide which salads to choose.

Fresh Greek food absolutely gorgeous. However my seven year old wanted a chicken wrap and when it came it was spicy and he didnt like it Would have been helpful to mention this the menu. At the end I was asked if I wanted leave a tip and when I left 10 pc in the cup the waitress looked at... More

A little restaurant at Leicester Square. Near the theatres. It retains the charm of the 60s. On the walls, posters of the most famous shows. A really suggestive atmosphere. And the most tasty falafel in London! Very good also the salt beef. If you pass by Piccadilly, stop by Gaby.

Fantastic salt beef, pastrami and salads. Service is quick, food is super quality. It's been there for years; I hope it is there for many more.

We were on our way to the National Portrait Gallery but looking for a place for a bite to eat and just happened to notice this small, quite plain looking cafe. But something about it caught my eye and we looked closer and could see a range of very tasty looking salads - Greek/Arabic style foods which I love. So... More

Came here for the first time during one of our many trips to London . It looks like a greasy spoon cafe from outside...... And there's nothing wrong with greasy spoons!! There are a few pics up of celebrities that have been here as it's very close to theatre land. The food was lovely. I had falafel and pitta salad,... More

We were asked by friends to stop at Gabys Deli in Charing Cross road London . We had just been to view the Audrey Hepburn photography exhibition and wanted to go and have lunch. When we arrived the waitress kindly pushed some tables together so the six of us could sit together. It was very quite with only two other... More

Wow what an atmosphere, after a busy afternoon doing the art gallery's we walked from Trafalgar Square, found Gabys, it had been a few years since we'd been. It hadn't changed a bit, full of people, theatre crowd, students, tourists all happily eating the delicious food. Salt beef, salads, Greek influence too, good place for vegetarians too. And to follow,... More

I visited Gaby's for coffee on a Tuesday morning in peak tourist season & there was only one other person in there. I returned for lunch and it was slightly busier but there were plenty of spare tables. This is because it is not a well publicised restaurant and has a slightly dated 1960/70s Soho look about it. (I imagine... More

Amazingly, I've never noticed this place before. I love the sort of food at Gaby's and the price is very reasonable, given the location. Hey, it's not an expensive restaurant with a pretentious Maître-D' and overpriced, unimaginative food, it's got that authenticity that many people love. As for the criticism about the facilities - get a grip and take a... More
