The red and white dining room at Erebuni has oodles of authentic Ruski charm, and the restaurant hosts live music on weekends, and Russian and English karaoke during the week which attracts a gregarious crowd. Perfect for parties and fun nights out with friends, Erebuni has a robust Russian and Armenian menu with hearty home-style dishes such as herring and fish soup, beef Strogonov and rabbit fillet with mushroom sauce, and vodka is sold by the bottle.

As an English guest at this hotel, I am embarassed for my Russian connections.who took me here recently. The service is non existant and waitresses - Hah!! - have to be cajoled into doing anything like serving or caring for their customer's needs. THe boss tries to keep everyone happy by liberal free shots of vodka. In my case as... More

I loved the food here, particularly the cucumbers cut like flowers, filled with some kind of tomato "salsa". I left London 2 weeks ago and still remember those. The service was slow at times, even when not busy. Still great food at a London-reasonable price. I'd go back if it weren't 3000 miles away.

Very strange place owned by former soviet guy. Hardly can be called " russian restaurant " cause it is more like a revell place or a mafia gathering at the lower ground floor of a cheap hotel. Drunk people around the bar singing karaoke together with the owner very average food and sky high prices. Never be back!

I visited Erubini on a Saturday night with a social group. The venue was crowded and the seating was fairly tightly packed. I had Borsch {a substantial Ukrainian soup ] as a starter and Chanaky [mutton stew] as a main. Both tasted like good home cooking. The fruit salad I had for dessert was a small fiddly thing served without... More

We had an excellent dinner here and tasted all the russian 'ravioli'. When I asked if they had the cherry ones, he came back saying they didn't made them but if I came tomorrow he would make them especially for me ! So sweet. My husband took a Georgian wine that was excellent. Service was very sweet and effective. We... More

The food in Erebuni restaurant is as good as in Armenia and the atmosphere is amazing as well. Despite the fact that the restaurant does not look like a first class restaurant, the food there is really outstanding and if you come on a weekend you have a chance to listen to live music from Russia, Armenia, Georgia and other... I learned about this Russian- Arminian restaurant from friends who visited London a whie ago. This restaurant happened to be a walking distance from the hotel we stayed at, and we decided to have my husband's birthday dinner there. We made a right choice, it was a real treat! Everything we ordered was outstanding! Very nice casual atmosphere, the owners... More

Went to Erebuni with a boyfriend, even though the food was nice, the place looked shabby and not very presentable. Food tastes like home cooking, but the decor could be improved. Have been to a few Russian Restaurants in London before, the food here is better than in most of them, but Borshch'n'Tears gets my vote any time! The verdict:... More

Really was an outstanding place to go. Service was just superb and the food was brilliant. The peppered vodka was delicious. Thanks for a great evening and for looking after us, especially when I got the date wrong! Will be back!
