The best meal my wife and I have had in a long time. Classic/modern cooking with emphasis on ingredients. Really serious kitchen and extremely well run front of house made our visit a gastro delight! Service = attentive, approachable and personal, Food = dishes exemplary presentation, ingredients and combinations. I will be going back as this restaurant does everything so... More

Been here twice now in the last month, once for lunch and once for dinner. Doesn't disappoint. Soups are a feature, a Spanish soup akin to gazpacho called salmanejo or something similar, delicious though portion was tiny; and a wild mushroom soup to die for. Foie gras pâté tasty and smooth. Mains are varied and all good - duck and... More

Instead of going to a smart West End place, we decided on a mid-week dinner for 4 at Chez Bruce. Every aspect was first class. Excellent service, wonderful food, great choice of wines. This was our first visit and we are already looking forward to next time. We had a brilliant dinner and a very memorable evening!!

Beautifully presented food, full of flavour in a lovely restaurant, served by very attentive staff in a formal setting. The foie gras and chicken liver pate was absolutely delightful, followed by a very light Cornish cod with Olive oil mash. Great value at £35 for three courses

Superb Sunday lunch! All the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Terrific value at £35 for 3 courses. The steamed damson pudding with burnt orange ice cream was particularly memorable! Delightful staff who are attentive but unobtrusive. Restaurant was very busy and had a great ambience.

A lovely and cultured restaurant in a corner of London. Enlightened and sophisticated with a formal and professional staff. Service of Salmon Tartare with many textures and colors that was delicious. The cheese biscuits and bread were world class. Tasted the button sized Fish Cakes with Ginger and Yoghurt as well. Cornish Cod with Olive Oil Potatoes, Gremolata and Coulis... More

Went there one Sunday for dinner with my wife and daughter to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. Food was excellent and exactly what you would expect in a one Michelin star place. Three courses for a fixed price of £45 per person was good value. The sommelier was extremely helpful and recommended a bottle of Faugeres at £48 which went... More
