Positives first: beautiful room, friendly (if frantic) service, imaginative dishes, excellent ingredient sourcing. Oh, and they missed two items off my bill, which I didn't notice until after I'd left, but obviously I can't guarantee that for your visit. Arrived and was offered aperitif: house cava turned out to be very good. I ordered the pata negra, the 'foie gras... More

Our family recently much into Spanish Tapas, so we just randomly were passing by and found this little germ. Food is fantastic, wine is great and complimenting the food, staff is extremely friendly, helpful and actually can advice on matching wine for your delicious tapas. We started and ended up with tapas only, as it was so so good. I highly... More

I was recommended Cambio de Tercio by a friend so had high expectations before visiting. I left very disappointed with the service we received and the self-absorbed attitude of the staff working there. I went with my girlfriend and we ordered the taster menu, which on the whole was very underwhelming. The majority of the dishes were not anything to... More

I had a dinner with two friends of mine. We ordered 6 or 7 plates of tapas such as Jamon Iberico and Green Pepper, and all of them were nice. Especially, Jamon Iberico was in good color (deep brown) and we found this ham to be very delicious even before eating. We had two bottles of Spanish red wines with... More

Spanish food is evolving and getting more interesting by the day. Cambio de tercio is a great, great example of this. Wow! Great food....ambiance was unforgettable and the Duchess of Cambridge was there! Kudos to manager Paco Garcia....what a great host!

great evening at this restaurant located in South Kensington. You can feel that the atmosphere is special right away, staff is smiling, speaking spanish, good mood, goo start. We had fried calamares, or squids, which were good without being extraordinary, but then came the "merluza a la salsa verde", or cooked in a basque way, which was out this world:... More

As it was a significant birthday for my friend we decided to push the boat out. So glad we did. We tried the tasting menu and enjoyed the feast. Yes it's a little pricey but quiet frankly the experience was worth it.

It was an outstanding meal, we ordered far too many Tapas and two jugs of Sandria... and the bill for four, with only two main courses(to share) came to £289 including service. Very overpriced Great atmosphere.

On a tuesday night my husband and i decided to have dinner here. We did get a table immediately, however, from the moment we were seated we were made to feel uncomfortable and rushed. Since I had a proper view of the area, I could see we had the so-called restaurant manager to check on how tables are doing and... More

Don't order the pigs trotters. It's full of slimey tendonous fat, not worth the price, and the ox tail was burnt and measly. The suckling pig main was disappointing to say the least. We also ordered tapas, and the saving grace was the tender lamb chops. The grilled pulpo was delicious but spoiled by the gungy melted cheese it was... More
