We pride ourselves on serving modern British food that is locally sourced. Being located along London's riverside we have all kinds of amazing suppliers at our finger tips with the likes of Cannon and Cannon from Borough Market bringing you the best in British charcuterie and grass-fed Spey side Angus X steaks, our restaurant is brimming with quality ingredients. As well as meat we like to think our fish & seafood is pretty good too, with Foreman's smoked salmon, Carlingford Rocks Oysters and sumptuous lobster. Soak up magnificent views across to Tower Bridge and beyond, we like to think this it is the perfect place to come and sample one of our craft ale's or peruse our extensive gin list.

Excellent food service - great on the whole

went with the family after a day out for a late lunch. In no way can I fault the food - spit roast chicken, veal chop, steaks and crispy onion rings. In fact my 11 year old went so far as to say best steak he's ever had..knocking Gouchos off his fav places. Only grumble was my poor hubby who... read more

Had a lovely meal here this evening. We both ordered fillet steak which was cooked perfectly and one of the best I've had in L on don. Service was also excellent. WE were served by a lovely italian girl called Joanna. She greeted us with a lovely smile and looked after us well. Would definately recommend.

Offering an incomparable view of Tower Bridge the Chop House becoming a must visit restaurant. I have had many great meals here - the beef is back to its best and the seafood is world class. A great place. The wine is a bit pricey - so be careful with the wine list but the food is really excellent value... More

I will keep it short and sweet. Good food, good drink, good service from the staff and decent atmosphere in the restaurant. Would I return again ? 100% definitely. Going to try the Sunday lunch there soon.

Spit roast chicken is a must! My partner had this today at the Chop House and it was cooked perfectly and the portion size was very impressive. As always the service was good and this place has to be one of, if not the, favourite place for us to eat. The fact that this restaurant is next to one of... More

The food, although pricey, was excellent but the whole experience was marred by the atrocious service we received. Although drinks orders were taken fairly quickly, we waited almost an hour before anyone came back to take our food order. We were a larger group, but it took another full hour for the food to arrive, meaning we waited nearly two... More

There are a number of good restaurants in Butlers Wharf - but they can be very busy, especially in the summer so you're best to make a reservation. My colleague and I ate in the restaurant, although I've also eaten previously in the bar area which tends to be just a little livelier. Ambiance and service both good - not... More

Good food, best Rump stake i have had for a long time. It was a shame that the service was not at the same standard, the waiters poor English made it hard to communicate with him and he came across as being rude. We were also forgot at times and had to chase for service. This was noticed and we... More

Visited here after a trip round Tower Bridge which was excellent and very interesting. We'd booked a table for 1pm and were seated quickly on arrival, the restaurant was less than half full at this point but we were not rushed at all and made to feel relaxed. Starters were excellent, potted mackerel and prawn cocktail amongst the choices we... More

We enjoyed a fantastic lunch here for my partner's birthday The food was very good. Nice starters and very well cooked steak. Simple menu, well done. The service was excellent. Noticeable but not obtrusive. Well paced but not rushed. Informed but not snotty. They even sang happy birthday- I don't knew who was more embarrassed, my partner or the waiter!!
