I had soup, main, rice and a soft drink which came to £38. The food was average, the service attentive and being able to sit outside made it feel more like Dubai than Chelsea. Good for treating someone, but expensive all the same.

Don't be intimidated by the smart exterior - the food is beautifully prepared, tasty and very good value. A mix of staff nationalities but all are unfailingly charming and helpful - enjoy

We visited Blue Elephant several years ago in London so when we came back to London we made a point to save an evening for it. It was biggest disappointment. It is in fact a different restaurant with same name. Location, chef, food, ambience... Nothing is same. I love Thai food and this was the worst Thai food I have... More

Kind of far from everything but the restaurant ambiance was very nice, made us feel like we were in a different country, like Singapore or something. Price is really steep for what it is, simple Thai food, but difficult to find a good Thai place in London.

Has the Sunday buffet, the varieties were fantastic. So many different dishes all fresh & hot. Lots of live stations to choose from & exemplary service. All Sundays should be spent here.

My partner took me for a meal last night as he used to go to their previous restaurant in the Fulham Road and thought this one would be just as good - wrong! We arrived at 8 and were seated at quite a nice table looking out over the river. The service was terrible, it took about 10 minutes for... More

The restaurant is beautifully appointed in authentic Thai style which immediately makes you feel you are in for a special treat & experience. The staff, environment & furnishings are all calm yet welcoming. I was in a family group of 10 of all mixed ages. The menu caters for meat & vegetarian lovers alike & has a wide range of... More

I went to the Blue Elephant for a big family meal not knowing what to expect and as soon as I walked through the door from its great setting by the Thames I was impressed by wonderfully decorated and inviting interior. The staff are very couteous and polite, anticipating your needs without being pushy, they also kept the wine flowing... More
