This restaurant is an absolute delight. Nestled down a quiet side street, it feels intimate without being cramped. There are plenty of staff only too keen to help, and our drinks were constantly topped up without us having to ask or lift a finger! We were one short in our party due to sickness, but this was no problem. Having... More

This was my first visit but I was assured by my Father (who visits with every trip to London) that is was the real deal. He was correct. True Italian service with bread and oil, extensive wine list and real Italian food rather than your Pizza/Pasta list at the chain restaurants. We both had Beef Carpaccio to start which was... More

We visited Al Duca as a couple for dinner. The food was really amazing for the price and the service was very attentive. The only draw-back is that some of the tables are a little close together so you might want to re-think if you want an intimate dinner. However, the value far outweighs that small issue. There is a... More

Stopped by on a Jermyn St shopping trip. No reservation but really warm welcome and offered all the free tables - nice touch. Staff really warm and friendly. Relatively small but interesting menu. I like this. Usually means good food. So huge bowl of mixed bread followed by seared tuna on radish and mange tout with pink peppercorns. Perfect seared... More

Great Italian food in London is hard to come by and that's why I'm so pleased to have found Al Duca which serves exquisite food without the need to re-mortgage my home. I have eaten here occasionally over the past few years and thoroughly enjoyed various meals such as their buffalo mozzarella, tomato and basil starter, tagliatelle with mushrooms and... More

Perhaps not the most interesting restaurant we've been to in London, but the food is reliably good and well presented. It is a good place to talk or chat with family or just have a quiet meal: no loud music and the tables are not crowded together for that squeeze-them-all-together-because-we're-so-trendy feel. It's a place we go when we've got family... More

Hungry and cold we decided to dine at Al Duca on a Saturday night. We were greated and got a nice table. The food was surpricingly nice, real Italien with lot's of flavors. we went for the three-course option - beware: you will need to be very hungry! We actually didn't have room for dessert :-( So the meal was... More

Al Duca is absolutely worth a visit. The area is a quiet part of central London, and there are a couple of outstanding pubs close by. The food was excellent, and the staff were good enough, althoug not very attentive. The wine is slightly overpriced. For an Italian meal I would consider going back.

This place is always packed, lunch and dinner, which probably says a lot about it. I always have the crab taglione which is just a fantastic dish to have lunch or dinner time. good wine list and attentive service too. Only downside is that the takes are pretty close - having a confidential business conversation can prove difficult.

A lovely atmosphere on a Saturday night. I booked for 6 people with discerning tastes and was hoping to impress. Al Duca delivered with a fantastic Wine selection, good service and a very good standard of food. Some dishes were exceptional, some were good, but none were disappointing. I would recommend All Duca to anyone looking for somewhere extremely good,... More
