Overall, everything about dining here was a very good experience. The decor is nice, elegant. The atmosphere is relaxed but it has air of class about it. The staff were attentive, funny, helpful. A good choice of food on the main menu and some interesting alternatives on the specials. Its reasonably priced and I liked having the set prices depending... More

Our table was 17:30 and the restaurant was quiet when we arrived (it didn't take long before it was busy) The staff were very friendly. Very good food. Loved the beef carpaccio and the calves liver was gorgeous. Good choice of wines at reasonable prices. Will definitely visit again

Situated close to Piccadilly Circus this restaurant is handy for the West End theatres. Meal prices are on the expensive side, but the quality of the food is very good. The menu is set, with the price dependent upon the number of courses ordered. The service is excellent, staff are friendly, attentive and welcoming. Would certainly recommend this restaurant, and... Great Italian food. Reliable. Tasty. And authentic. Far far better than the average Italian restaurant in London. Quality ingreduients (eg mozzarella and tomatoes where the quality makes all the difference, Nice ambience too - with attentive courteous service.

It's the type of place of which you come out thinking "Nothing mindblowing but a really good lunch, with fresh ingredients, generally well excuted and with some effort put in by the chef to make it all interesting to eat". I had ordered carpaccio of beef. That came with all kinds of interesting things, including chopped up raw green beens... More

This is the place to go for a later luncheon or early dinner as the kitchen is open from noon till 11 pm. The positive thing is that the menu is not shortened during the afternoon, the full one is available and the dishes are cooked perfectly. Service is attentive, the wine list is interesting and the prices are moderate.... More

Very impressed. The service staff are some of the friendliest I've experienced in London, the food was very good, straight up Italian without trying to be too fancy, but still excellent quality and value. For under 30 pounds get a very good quality three course meal. Great wine list and sommalier helped me pick a great wine that I'd never... More

We recently had lunch having eaten a couple of times previously in the evening. It is clearly a place for business lunches, the service brisk and friendly and good portion sizes that is important to me. I had fresh pasta with crab that was pleasant if not exciting, followed by perfectly cooked calves liver with spinach that was exactly as... More

This place is well known in St James (I used in work nearby, and hasn't really changed). The service is decent and the room nice. However, food is a bit tasteless and dull - salad to start was very basic, not really dressed properly. Piece of fish as a main OK, but again, nothing notable - and not inexpensive either.
