Great service. Bland food. We Went there for lunch last day of our visit in London. We just happened to stumble on this restaurant, little did we know that they are recommended by Guide Michelin. They serve italian food. I had a pasta with ricotta and aubergine. I thought it was bland and left most of it. The waiter took... More

I had a business meal at Al Duca, the atmosphere was very relaxed, service was excellent, quiet and attentive and the food was top quality. I especially liked the beef carpaccio. I'll be back.

Londoners love this trusted restaurant featuring Italian food. Our pastas were amazing and the wine list is extensive. We had walked all morning all over London tourist sites, Westminster, Big Bend, and were thrilled to find this place in our trusted guidebook for an hour of time off from being a tourist in London.

There were 4 of us for lunch, except for the pasta with crab which did not taste fresh at all, everything was fine. The desserts were superb, so we're the appetizers.

Have been to Al Duca several times and the last visit to be frank was a bit of a let down, would in fairness typically rate this restaurant a 3.5-4 however based in the last visit would struggle to go beyond a 3. The crab linguine was a disappointment and my wife and I both felt sick shortly after eating... More

We have enjoyed dinner at Al Duca many times over the past 10 years and make a point of dining there at least once on every visit to London. Each time we find new selections with unexpected flavours in well-prepared ingredients. Their wine list is extensive and, together with the menu items, moderately priced for this city and neighborhood.

Has a great business lunch at this buzzing Mayfair restaurant. The menu was authentic and delicious - the specials of the day in particular (tuna carpaccio and truffle ravioli). The two-courses at £24.50 deal was very appealing. The dishes were well executed, and service very efficient - they are used to dealing with the demanding local clientele (head hunters, hedge... Staying in St. James's

Neighborhood Profile
St. James's
Perennially fashionable since the days of Henry VIII, the aristocratic “Clubland” of St James's is a premier destination for high end craft and bespoke design. Here you’ll lose count of the Royal Warrants (which indicate that the Royal Family patronizes the establishment) seen in shop front windows, even during a short stroll to bordering Green Park or St James’s Park. With the brightly lit and constantly buzzing junction of Piccadilly Circus at its northeast corner and none of Central London too far away, this is an surprisingly central and accessible part of town, especially given its prosperous demeanor.
