Dont go here, it was terrible. The service was bad, had to wait long before ordering. Not worth the money. We practicly ran out and back to the hotel with gaging reflects both of us. We are not going to eat in Chinatown again in our stay. Omg!

We stopped here for lunch - Dim Sum. The staff were efficient. None of this "how you doing, how was your day" etc. Pretty much straight to the point. But that's how i find most Chinese restaurants. So some might seem like it's abrupt, but it's just them getting the job done i guess. Anyway, we ordered a large selection... More

I arrived there on a Saturday nite with three others after 9pm. The waiter hurried us to the table and advised the kitchen closes in ten minutes. He provided four menus and in doing so repeated the kitchen closes in ten minutes this was followed by impatient gestures and the only option was to ask if he wanted to loose... More

Was better when it was the Crispy Duck! This place used to be great! Sadly no more! Food all salty, and heavy on MSG? quality gone down! Used to bring friends and relatives to this place-don't want to now, shame really as used to be a local gem!

We came here for dinner at a recommendation of a friend. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the food. It was rather bland and not as authentic Chinese as we excepted it to be, being it's in Chinatown! Service was great. Waiters and servers were prompt and friendly. The restaurant was clean and nice, but the location we sat at next... More

We went to the Crispy duck in Gerard street in London after deciding to take my 15 year old son for a birthday meal and he wanted to go to Chinatown. I looked on line and read the reviews, we were not disappointed, the service was good, attentive and not overbearing, the food was excellent, prawns in tempura batter were... More

Every time I am in london I try to go there, to get the Crispy Duck with pancakes... LOVELY!! They also let you come in very late, which is very practical when you have early theater seats.

A small restaurant, but the food and service is very good. Prices are very competitive. Dim sum can be order up to 5pm, but there are a good range of other foods on the menu you can easily ordered. I went with my 2 sons, ordered beef chow mein, crispy pork with price, and chilli black bean sauce with ho... More

My husband, myself and my 2 children visited this restaurant last week. I had read several recommendations on Trip Advisor and thought their Crispy Duck sounded good. We arrived at about 18.15, hadn't booked, but a table was found for us straight away. We started with Dim Sum - 2 portions between the 4 of us. We then had the... More

It was a nightmarish trip as i was hit with ear infection on day 2 of trip. After visiting the specialists on day 3 I went on trial of pharmacies to get my medicine. Some how we ended up having lunch at Crispy Duck and wat a revelation it was. Lobster noodles which serves 2 cost only 18pounds and the... More
