Description: In the very heart of London, just steps from the madness of Leicester...
In the very heart of London, just steps from the madness of Leicester Square is Piazza, a very Italian restaurant in a very British location. A family run eatery for seventeen years, Piazza is renowned for a welcome which will transport visitors from the impersonal, crowded West End to a tiny Italian village. Traditional in every sense, from the green awning over the glass frontage to the simple white walls and dark wood furniture of the rustic interior, Piazza gives a sense of comfort even before the food arrives. On the menu, you'll find everything from authentic bruschetta, to great seafood, to deliciously fresh pizzas, and the most popular pasta dishes too. Surprisingly affordable, Piazza makes a wonderful pre-theatre stop-off, or, thanks to incredible lunch offers, a fantastic place to take a break between shopping and sightseeing.

Lovely.

A real treasure just a stones throw from Leicester Square. Second time we have visited and will continue to do so when visiting London, fantastic food at a fantastic price.

Good restaurant, fresh food. My ravioli was excellent and tasty. My wife took a pizza which was good but she found some hairs who did not belongs to her. It is one of the reason we cant give 4 stars and it is pity, I am sure if their cooker or her/his assistant pay attention on this on the future... More

A Thursday evening in Leicester Square for my birthday was made perfect with a meal here. Food was beautiful, staff very friendly, and the price was good. Easy location and restaurant was clean. Would go again. :)

Following previous reviews on TA,and the fact that they accept tastecard, I booked a pre theatre dinner for myself and my husband. I am really glad I did. I can honestly say it was one of the best meals we have had in London. Hubby had squid to start, and steak to follow. I had the antipasta and the salmon.... More

Called in here on a rainy Sunday for an early dinner. Service was quick. Mixed olives starter was good and both the lasagne and spaghetti pescatore were very moreish. A nice bottle of merlot and two espresso (blow your heat off) coffees! Just under £50.

We had dinner at Piazza and it was fine. The place is acceptable, the food is also average. Staff are nice and prices are reasonable.

Food was great and so is the service, but when the bill arrived I spotted something at the end of it called S - C I normally pay by card and that was fine but the waitress said "do you wish to add a gratuity?" I said "Is that (pointing to the S - C) service charge" she sorta giggled... More

Came here for dinner using a tastecard on a week night. It was fairly busy and the service was considerably slow. After waiting 40 minutes for our mains, we asked the waitress how long our food would be and she said she would go inside and check. She then came back out immediately with our food which we suspect had... More

To be fair we only came here because we were extremely tired and hungry and couldn’t be bothered to look for something else. It doesn’t look overly appealing from the outside but thank got we’ve discovered it as it was the best meal I had in London. Big portions of warm, yummy food exploding with flavours – that’s what you... More
