4 of us chose to eat here since we like Italian food and usually find them offering a special lunch menu- pizza and pasta is what we enjoy over lunch. There is only the standard menu and starters are pushing £10. Wow! That was for the meat stuffed peppers which were tasty but just too pricey for this type of... More

We had dinner here twice on a recent trip to London for our honeymoon. These were the best two meals we ate in London. This gem was just a 10 minute walk from Waterloo Station. The food was some of the best Italian I have had. Portions were huge, ingredients were fresh and the staff was friendly and inviting. We... More

This restaurant is easily overlooked but we certainly recommend it. We have eaten here several times and always enjoy it. Ordered bread, olives (not on the menu) and 2 pizzas. The homemade bread is delicious (and cheap). The two pizzas, both were very good, large and very tasty. I agree with others that a wine list would be good but... More

I've eaten here 3 times here now and have never been disappointed. This place is a little out of the way of any train station but it is definitely worth the walk! The food is delicious and they accept taste card so can be fantastic value for money! The owner is so friendly and always makes us feel very welcome

Con - artists and the worst food I have ever had. The amount we spent here we could of gone into town and eaten at Jamies italian with 5 times the amount of anitpasto we got. The waiter never told us the prices of our drinks and ended up charging us a fortune for them. It really hurts be knowing... More

The food was really good, definitely homemade authentic Italian, with good portion sizes. Staff were very friendly too. We had a taste card so the price was very reasonable, although not particularly cheap without one (I guess average for London). You can use your taste card here on a Friday night too which is unusual.

Pros - Traditional Italian food Cons - Price This is a traditional Italian restaurant located in between Waterloo and Elephant & Castle. The decor is fresh and modern. The restaurant runs alongside the cafe next door. The food is good 3/5 star traditional, freshly prepared Italian food. The menu consists of standard pizza, pasta and meat options. Was quite surprised... More

Me and my friends went here for a birthday booking and we used a taste card, that's how we had found the restaurant on the taste card website. It's a nice restaurant typical Italian feeling with the decor etc. the service is slow at that, we waited a while to order our drinks let alone our food; they would benefit... More
