Description: The site of the first Real Greek restaurant, this Hoxton branch serves a popular menu of Greek 'street food' to a relaxed, buzzy crowd of workers and locals. Sharing platters, souvlaki and mezedes make up the bulk of the menu, with portions for children and a well-chosen list of wines and cocktails. The stylish interior has an unobtrusive, easygoing feel, and there are two rooms available for private functions.

Nice place, nice setting, wonderful food and very friendly staff. For an after-work drink or dinner is a perfect place to go!

This was the 2nd time I have been, don't get me wrong burgers are great, better the first time I went but service very slow, on asking if you want drinks etc..we sent chips back because cold. Basically not enough staff! It's very loud be warned. Definitely go and try it the food is good but it needs tweaking!

I was wary the "Mission" theme could turn out to be a little naff, but it's really not the pews and stain-glass windows add loads of atmosphere. The photo booth and ladder to get into the DJ booth are also funky touches. I really loved it- great ambiance and friendly staff! Drinks are good quality and are all reasonably priced,... More

Juicy burgers man ! Ordered the hippie burger and loved it ! Buffalo wings not to keen on as they seemed harder than should be. Fries with hippie sauce and caramelised onions was too heavy wouldn't go for that again. Slaw seems over rated, it's just slaw people and this place hardly has mayo in it, not saying it's bad... The atmosphere was rather dark and interesting, it definitely has a certain unique style. Regardless of the atmosphere, the Green Chilli burger was beautiful and not for the fainted heart. The bun is covered in jalapeños and it was so spicy that we had to remove them off the bun. I also recommend the Chilli cheese chips; what is better... More

Atmosphere was good for drinking and casual eating, rowdy and djs snd friendly staff. Good range of cocktails and varied beers, tending towards continental and American styles. The food was a little disappointing. Food is served on a tray to share with a thin layer of paper, which ended in a greasy pile. Chips and meat chilli was mediocre, a... More

Came here with a group of friends after work- Meat Mission is slightly hidden away and we went based on a friend’s recommendation. I was very impressed by the restaurant itself, which is based in an old church with beautiful stained glass on the far wall as well as the entire ceiling. The Bar is a whole circular one right... Four of us went for dinner on a Saturday night. We ordered drinks at the bar while we waited for our table, the bartender was nice and the cocktails and beer were great. We sat in the quieter area away from the bar for our food and all appreciated the moody decor and artwork. Played some pretty good music too.... More

We came to this restaurant after having eaten at Red Dog Saloon a few months before. I can honestly say this was the best food I have eaten at a restaurant. The food quality is immense and the service is quick. The food portions are medium sized, but are extremely filling. The price is suitable for the food you were... More

I went to Meat Mission with a few friends on a whim and ended up having to wait for a table. I didn't mind waiting but it ended up being 45 minutes squeezed by the bar and feeling a little in the way. The food was tasty, but in the category of 'grubby' what with the menu mainly being burgers,... More
