Description: The site of the first Real Greek restaurant, this Hoxton branch serves a popular menu of Greek 'street food' to a relaxed, buzzy crowd of workers and locals. Sharing platters, souvlaki and mezedes make up the bulk of the menu, with portions for children and a well-chosen list of wines and cocktails. The stylish interior has an unobtrusive, easygoing feel, and there are two rooms available for private functions.

This place is noisy and meaty, I can't imagine a more wonderful combination, at least not until the day i become a vegetarian.

When I am living in London and have friends visiting, or even when i'm not living in London and just visiting I always make time for a trip here or Meat Liquor on Welbeck Street. Chili Burgers are great, and make sure you also get the Monkey Fingers. The Grog cocktail is also pretty cool but it is very strong

Great venue - its in a converted mission chapel. Awesome stained glass and murals. Was also partly destroyed during the Blitz. Great US style food. Start with the Dead Hippy burger and chili fries.

Ive been to Meat Mission a lot over the past year or so, and I can't believe I haven't reviewed it before. The food they produce is of a consistently good quality, and the ambience is always good. I love the Monkey Fingers and The Dead Hippy burger, absolutely delicious. The service was good, the beer a tax expensive, but... More

Booked on BookTable, phoned to confirm my booking, all absolutely fine- had a great table for 4 in the corner, the Servers were great, the food very quirkily served (don’t go with strangers, could be awkward lol) - loved that the beer was served in big jugs! The cocktail was a bit rubbish but the beer made up for that.... More

Had an early dinner here with 6adults and 2 children. Burgers were good as we're chilli chips. We all enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Not a place for a romantic evening but funky and lively.

A large group of us dined here on a busy Friday evening. Burgers were fine, no better or worse than any other burgers which to be fair are not difficult to get right. Chilli chips were good, chicken burger was very good. Drinks were pricey (pitchers of beer which went flat before we'd finished it or wine at £20 per... More

If you are looking for an awesome atmosphere on a weekend then head here! I don't even eat red meat and I loved it. We didn't have a booking but waited at the bar until a table was free. The lady at the bar talked us through all the beers and let us taste. Great that you can get a... More

The food and drinks are really good and tasty but the waitresses act like they're way too cool to be serving you, in the end creating not a very comfortable atmosphere... Overall the place is cool and fun if you're with a bunch of friends :) Ps: don't bring any of your super religious friends there though...
